We completely enjoyed our stay at the Parsons Green flat. Plenty of space for 2 couples to live comfortably AND with a shared space for gathering in the kitchen and living room. We cooked our breakfast each morning and headed out for the day to explore the sites of London, all the while knowing we could come back home and find an amazing restaurant in our neighborhood for dinner. The co-op is just across the street for groceries. A few coffee houses were also nearby on the walk to the Tube station…not even 5 minutes away from the front door. We especially appreciated the 2 A/C units for use as we hit the hottest week of the year in London. The washer/dryer was also an amazing addition so we could clean up our sweaty clothes before heading to our 12-day cruise! All in all, a perfect place for us to rest our heads for the 6 days in town.

We have used Ivy Lettings twice during our recent stays in London and we have been very happy with the service my family and I have received. Most of all, the properties have been gorgeous! When you want more room than a hotel and more service than an AirBnB, Ivy Letting is great choice. We look forward to our next stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 24 Kensington Court. The flat was lovely and well appointed. The kitchen was very well equipped. It was a very comfortable place to call home while we were in London! We were there while it was quite hot and it would have been nice to have a couple more fans or air conditioner.
Lara and Jennifer were very professional and nice to work with. They responded to our questions quickly and with helpful information. We would definitely use Ivy Lettings again .

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Place was clean. The check in and check out instructions were clear and the process was easy.
The owners of the property have done an excellent job by creating a welcoming space. The family pics, art work and small things around the house made me feel that I knew them. The house was inviting, had beautiful views and a pleasure to stay.

My first booking with Ivy Lettings was about 10 years ago when I brought my granddaughter to London. It's been a while, but I had good memories, so was happy to book with them again. I appreciated the personal service - from a telephone conversation when I was having difficulties getting into my flat to advice on using the washing machine and a housekeeper coming mid-stay to "break down" the extra bed when it was no longer needed. I will definitely use Ivy again!

Excellent communication

We enjoyed our stay so much! Beautiful apartment in a safe, well-located area. It had everything that we needed and comfortably accommodated 4 people. Nearby grocery and neighborhood restaurants were a big plus, as well as close proximity to the tube. We easily accessed all of the areas we wanted to visit and would absolutely stay again next time we are back in London.

Amazing home in South Kensington that was perfect for our family of 4 with two teenagers. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience with Ivy Lettings began with a google search where we found their website. It was easy to navigate, had vacation rentals categorized by area, with detailed descriptions and good photos. Next, Communication was always timely and just the right amount of detail, before, during and after our stay. The property was as described and very nice and very clean. There were little extras like tea and coffee and plenty of dishes.

Wonderful stay in London. The house on Napier Place was spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The location was unbeatable - easy walk to buses, trains, restaurants and grocery stores. Our family of four enjoyed the house to relax in after long days of sight seeing. Highly recommend this service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Fulham!

The proximity of the flat to the District Line couldn’t have been better. We couldn’t hear the trains from the flat, but all we had to do was cross the street to get to the station.

We also loved the local establishments like Duke on the Green and The White Horse.

The flat itself was lovely as well, and we wish we could’ve stayed for another week!

First, an associate from Ivy worked closely with me taking into account my specific and particular needs in finding a flat I would be comfortable with. Several places were considered but the associate knew which of Ivy’s products would work best for me and she was 100% correct I discovered upon my arrival. The flat could not be quieter, more conveniently located, private, charming, clean, well appointed, tasteful or cozy. I hope to stay there again on my next visit.

We loved our week at this Hippodrome Mews house. It's unassuming from the outside, but bursting with both colour and super practical features inside. Will most certainly return.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is very well located with plenty of space and a wonderful back yard. The home was very clean and there were so many toys and activities for the children to play with during our stay. Communication with the Ivy team was very professional and efficient. We would definitely recommend using Ivy for our next trip.

Well appointed flat - light and bright even in the midst of winter. Great location just off Kings Rd. Easy access to shops, food and the tube. Excellent pub across the road. Would definitely recommend. Ivy are always easy to deal with and very responsive. We’ll be back!
