I have purchased knock-off of S25 yellow Zara dress for £40. Unfortunately the quality of the dress (both fabric and stitching) received is subpar and in no way resembles the photos from the website.

AVOID VERY POOR QUALITY, incorrect sizing. Responsive but POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had bought a few items in sale. It was delivered while I was away. Once back I tried them. The quality is very poor and sizing advertised not in line with uk sizing at all.
I requested the process to return and was in contact throughout. I was offered 30 percent refund and no need to return which I found unacceptable. Why would I keep products of poor quality and incorrect sizing. They then went up to 50.
I wanted
100 percent refund so I was informed to post it to china at my cost or accept a gift card. I did not want to buy anything from them again given my experience and wanted a full refund so I posted the items to china as per their instructions.Not at any point did they inform return by date even though I was in regular contact. So I spent another 40gbp on return before being told returns window now gone. So in addition to order value I am another 40 out of pocket.
I don’t know how such companies are allowed to operate.
Hopefully they will come up with a satisfactory resolution after my email giving them tracking reference within the return period went into their junk spam box 🤦🏽♀️shambolic. I await a response in hope of getting my money back.

I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered the Cecilia Italian maxi dress and it's just as beautiful as in the photo. It's big but you can tell that from the photo but comes with the most adorable belt to tie in to your own waist size. I can't wait to wear it.

Although the website appears to be English, the products are actually shipped from China and are of very poor quality. Customer service responds only after a long delay. Initially, they inform you that the delivery will be late due to a high number of orders, but this is not true. In reality, they are waiting to receive the shipment from China before forwarding it to the specified city and address.
I am very disappointed. The products may look good in the photos, but in reality, they are misleading. Customers are deceived into paying high prices for items that are actually of extremely poor quality and not the right size unfortunately

As they offer refund but you loose the first £30!!! They are based in Asia not london as the website states took 18 days for the Dress to arrive website states between five and eight days the website is a complete and utter scam and they come in a SHEIN bag not in as you can imagine a hope and nice designer bag the quality was disgusting and I tried to contact them and as yet I’ve had no response back. I would avoid this website at all costs. I wish I had done my homework and not been peer pressured into buying the dress from my daughter lessons learnt on my part.
Not what is advertised
If you look at the website it looks like a UK based company but it's not so my bad for not checking before I ordered. The order itself took over three weeks to arrive and was so insanely different to the pictures online I had to check my order. It's such a shame because some of the designs are really gorgeous but the quality is just woeful.

ZERO stars is what i want to give to a company who CLAIM to have a store in the Uk but do not. They are based in china selling inadequate cheap items that 5 look nothing like the pictures. I wish I had researched before I parted with over £130 - so far i have only had a partial refund and my £30 return postage cost has resulted in parcel stuck in customs due to me not complying with their request and to put the value of the parcel at 5 euros, to be fair that is an accurate valuation if you think about the quality. As I put the true value Ivy Luna are now refusing to pay customs fees so no doubt my parcel will sit there and I am even more out of pocket, Shocking non UK compliant company. I honestly dont believe any of the 5 star reviews love to see real people giving these reviews and see them in reality. This has so far been a 4 month farce!

Falsely advertised company. When I saw this within 30 minutes of ordering I tried to cancel. No luck there!
Returned substandard goods to the value of £134 in October after following their return process at a cost of nearly £32. Since 19th November the parcel has sat awaiting customs clearance. They will only offer me 50% of the total price. I’m continually tracking this return and been in regular contact by email to the company but just get the same old story not their fault and will still only offer 50%. I’ve tried everything contacted citizens advice who put me in contact with company who deals with foreign returns but they advised contact my credit card issuer which I duly did. Their reply was couldn’t help because as yet the goods haven’t been returned to the seller, They advised to contact Royal Mail to find out what the delay is. Still awaiting reply. I have today decided to accept their offer of 50% in the interim period but I know I’ll never get the balance. Shoddy goods probably only cost a few pounds to make so it’s a win win for Ivy Luna.

The worst company I have ever encountered
I do not usually leave negative reviews, but this has genuinely been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had.
I returned three dresses in August and paid £29.05 out of my own money to send the parcel back to the returns address provided (in China). Six months later, the parcel has been returned to me with no refund and no resolution.
I followed their return process exactly as instructed and have proof of postage. I have been left out of pocket for both the items and the international return cost.
The lack of accountability, customer service and responsibility is shocking. Customers should not be expected to absorb international postage costs and then wait half a year only for the parcel to be returned with no explanation.
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think carefully, particularly if there is any chance you may need to return an item.

This company does not refund properly as they are based in China. They are in contempt of the UK rules on their return and refund rights. I am out of pocket £130 even though I did everything they asked me on return and the parcel came back to me. A 50% refund is a disgrace and the return cost me £75. The quality of clothing is terrible, and it is impossible to return without spending £30 sending the item back to Asia. They initially offered me 100% gift card, but the products are so poor I would never wish to have anything from them, then they offered me 30% refund, then they offered me 50% refund, which I reluctantly accepted, then they came back having changed their minds as the ongoing communication had then taken it over 30 days (my initial request for a refund was made well within the 30 days but they request photos before you can even get details on how to return the item) and now they are offering 80% gift card and think that is a generous offer.
I am taking this up with Trading Standards as I have since read so many reviews saying so many people have experienced this same problem.
If others are reading this and would like to support escalating my complaint about this company, my business is Paisley Properties (you can find contact details online) and I would be very open to hearing your experience in the hope we can compile enough evidence to stop this happening to so many innocent buyers, whom like me, think they are buying from a UK company.
