I’m now six months Update: Still No Resolution — Repeated Stonewalling into trying to…

I’m now coming into six months into trying to resolve this issue with Regus Liverpool Innovation Park, and the situation has become even worse.

Despite providing full written evidence, timelines, and copies of all correspondence, Regus customer service continues to ignore replies, lose emails, and close cases without reading them.

On 29th October, I sent a full, detailed response to their Customer Care team . Today, I was told my case would be closed because I “didn’t reply” — even though I did, and I have the proof.

This has been the pattern since May: endless delays, staff contradictions, and zero accountability. I’ve been polite and patient throughout, but Regus just keep dragging it out until I have to chase them again.

It’s clear that Regus uses delay tactics to wear down customers, rather than resolving legitimate complaints. No one at any level takes ownership.

I’ve gone public because there seems to be no other way to be heard. The way Regus treat small businesses is shameful — constant stonewalling, no transparency, and no regard for fairness.

We are sorry for your dissatisfaction, however your claim is inaccurate: your office was viewed and assessed to suit your business requirements prior to the agreement being signed, so we do not agree with the suggestion that you were pressured into signing.
We are confident that we remain fully compliant with our terms and conditions, as your office offers a suitable working environment. It is equipped with HVAC, and a sound test was carried out confirming that background noise levels fall within the acceptable limits set by UK government guidelines.
Your centre team supported you during the process: you were informed that we could accommodate a relocation either within the centre or to another site in our Liverpool network, but this offer was declined.
The decision to permit your dog on the premises was not included in your agreement but was instead a discretionary concession made to support you, on condition that they remained under strict control. This matter has now been escalated to senior management for review.
While we understand your concerns, your agreement remains in effect until 30 November 2025 and cannot be terminated early.
The billing cycle has continued as scheduled, and due to outstanding invoices dating back to June 2025, late payment fees have been applied, resulting in your account being referred to a third-party collection agency.
At Regus we take all possible steps to liaise with customers and ensure their accounts are up to date before contracting any third parties. This includes courtesy emails and calls from our team.
