Should be a button for 0 stars this company is the biggest scam out there! I also have been emailing about my package in august that I still have not received and kept getting the same lies and excuses! I wish I had checked into this more before ordering

They certainly don’t deserve 1 star but it’s the only way you can leave a comment. SCAM. Like everyone else, ordered in August and no shoes. Reach out to customer service and it’s always something with the delivery. I asked for my money back and each time, they tell me they’ve reached out to the courier and it’s on its way.

Order on 8/14/24 still have not received my order like the others they are blaming the courier. Biggest scam

I ordered one pair of the gym shoes in August and have yet to receive them. I’ve Email the company several times only get a response stating it must be the courier. I advise you please do not order any shoes from this company. It is a scam now I cannot get in touch with anyone about getting a refund or the shoes.

Definitely a scam. Ordered in August. Now Nov have correspondence more than 9 times and they still say it is the courier service that is at fault. Should be delivered soon and please be patient. I have demanded a refund but still asked to be patient. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Need a zero star option. Like everyone else I placed order aug 22 and now it’s mid November and still nothing. Same spiel with their email response. Total and complete fraud!!

I ordered shoes 8/23/24,I ordered two pairs,it has been two months and nothing.I emailed them and get the same response that it is on the way soon .Whenever you call the “customer support “,you get a automated response 😡😡😡. This was my first and last ordering anything from them.

I give this scamming company negative 0 stars. I ordered 2 pairs of the snug shoes back on August 8th 2024, and still haven't received my shoes. No shoes, no tracking number, and no refund!! Nothing but lies and the run around from customer service😡😡😡 They are scamming people out of there hard earned money, an it's just wrong. Something needs to be done about this corrupt, evil company!!! Don't order ANYTHING from this company cause you won't get your package or a refund!!

Zero stars, ordered 2 pair on August 17, 2024 and have sent many text and called , no answer either one. Definitely a scam. Someone needs to report them . Don't order anything. SCAM

Purchased items never arrived ( after waiting over 2 months) and store refuses to give a refund. Said I can return the shoes within 7 days of receiving them. I can’t return shoes that never arrived….just another internet scam

*SCAM*. I too thought this was a legitimate shoe and footwear company. Placed an order 8/21 for a delivery within 8-12 days and NOTHING. I reached out in Mid September, and late septemeber asking for patience but no refund. They even offered to give me 50% off my NEXT order. Now its mid October and they are not answering their emails or phone calls. The "company phone" goes straight to voicemail and will not let you record a message or speak to a person. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered a pair back in August. Still have not received. Have been back and forth with their customer service rep Jax who insists it is with the courier and it is out of their hands. Will not submit a refund or even replace the order. Never order from this place again.

Zero stars...This company is a scam. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 2 months ago (8/15/24). It took a month to receive a tracking number from China which I am not even able to track. I have also sent 4 emails to the company with replies that shipping is behind because of demand and then was told they are being shipped but still NOTHING. I used a reputable payment company so I thought this would be a legit purchase but I know now that is not true. This company is definitely a scam. Save your money!

Wish I saw the reviews first. Found on FB ordered 3 months later still nothing. Going to my bank on Tuesday in hopes of getting my money back! Do NOT order from them!!!!

Ordered the simply snug shoes after I saw them on Facebook Order placed 8/26/24 I have never received the shoes. I have reached out several times with only 1 response back stating the shoes have shipped tracking will be updated. Other emails and calls un answered. I have reported the issue to my bank as well as the BBB Facebook doesn't even show the Simply Snug store front any longer DO NOT BUY THESE SHOES Definitely a scam

This is a scam company! I'm in the same boat as the other person that ordered on 824. I ordered on 8/26 and basically the same information. I've contacted the Better Business bureau, disputed it with my credit card company and Reporting them with fraud on Facebook. Do not order from this company! They are unable to provide any legitimate tracking information from any carrier, whether it be Chinese or US parcel. And now they just stopped responding to emails. I requested they refund my money and they kept telling me that the shipment was on the way.

This is a scam company. My wife order shoes that the website said were in stock. Several weeks later we got an email saying they were back ordered. After a month they said they were ready for shipment, several weeks have passed and they still have not been shipped. Do not buy from Izarna.

I ordered 1 pair of shoes 8/24/24. They said it would be here in 11 days. Two weeks later I still have not received. When I emailed the company and they stated, “It’s on the way.” I am unable to use the tracking number provided. Most likely a scam! Do not fall for it.
