I don't live anywhere close where they provide services. One day I started receiving emails with invoices.

I tried to contact them to get them to stop, but their website is blocked to outside countries. Even when I got in with VPN I couldn't find any contact info.

Ellos no cuidan de sus clientes en general, te ofrecen cambiar paquetes a mayor costo, pero para cancelar no puedes. No puedo ni ingresar a su aplicación para pagar porque tienen problemas con su sistema.
They doesn't care about there costumers.They offer package and later rise prices,doesn't wanna change package,you have to go to there office,can't cancel service trough the phone. Rude and unprofessional. Never use this company.Most worst telecom company in all Mexico.

I live in Mexico and this is not a bad company. It has pretty fast internet. And also I love this company. 10/10

You cannot cancel service with this company. BEWARE of the company and their scam. They will give you a mediocre service then gradually increase the price every few months. When you try to cancel by chat they ask you to call a number if you do not speak Spanish they won't help you. You have to go to the store in your area before your service renews for another month and return the modem. PLEASE use TotalPlay it is a better service,

I used Izzi internet service for a few years, it wasn't perfect but it was adequate for working from home so good enough for me.

The issue arose when I moved and no longer needed their service. I have been trying for weeks and it is literally impossible to cancel. The only way to cancel is by phone, but it does not work -- it hangs up on you, or says the service is unavailable. But if you contact them via chat, text, email, contact form or go into the office, they just tell that you have to call. I just got charged for another month I don't need because they will not let me cancel the account.

Beware of signing up with internet service with them.
