This is by far the worst internet I have ever experienced!
I have Totalplay install internet in my house in Mexico City. Not only did they install a different modems on three floors resulting in having to switch between modems every time I change floors, but also it only works (very poorly) on the middle floor. I spent around 5-10 minutes just to sign into Trustpilot and most of the time I just use my mobile phone data plan as it works much better. Seriously, we're in 2026 and Totalplay cannot even provide stable internet in one of the largest cities in the world. Come on Totalplay - you had ONE job!
