Avoid ordering online from this company! I completed my order on May 28 and, as of June 10, I still haven't received my parcel and have no information about its whereabouts. Customer service is non-existent, and the promised delivery times have not been respected. I live in Rome, not in a remote location, so there is no reasonable excuse for such a delay. Extremely disappointing experience. Never again.
