Jackpoty Casino Blocked My $500 Withdrawal — You’re Not Alone

I’ve been trying to withdraw $500 CAD from Jackpoty Casino since October 09, 2025, and the experience has been nothing short of exhausting. I submitted everything they asked for — KOHO and BMO bank statements, confirmation emails, transaction history, and even a live chat where their own agent confirmed the deposits.

Instead of processing my withdrawal, they stalled for days with vague requests and then closed my account without warning. No payout. No explanation.

What makes this even more upsetting is that I’ve won before using the exact same deposit method. They gave me grief then too, but after submitting everything they asked for, they released the funds. This time, I did the same — and they shut me out.
I’ve learned that I am not alone so if you have been scammed by Jackpoty lets connect, share our experiences and hold them accountable no one should have to fight this hard just to access their money!

This company is absolutely over the top when it comes to paying out. Getting your money or winnings is virtually impossible. I have sent them 10 different versions of my proof of purchase from the my bank and they find fault with every picture I send. I would love to find a way to get my money but I will be in the grave before that happens.

I deposited $400 and after two minutes I realized all the live roulettes were block to my country so they told me ok cancel and send the money back.
