My Starzbet sports betting account was suddenly closed on January 30, 2026, with a balance of 315,000 TL (7200 Dolar). Despite me not violating any rules, they closed my account and refused to pay me back, citing cross-betting and multiple accounts as reasons.
Despite contacting Starzbet's support channels, I received no assistance, no detailed explanation, and my grievance remained unresolved. I have invested over 500,000 TL (11.000 Dolar) in the site; there were no problems when I lost, but they found excuses when I won.
I want to emphasize that I have never violated any rules and have always used my account in accordance with the rules. I demand that my full balance of 315,000 TL (7200 Dolar) be paid to me and that my account be reopened.
Edit : Two months have passed and I'm still waiting for a response.
