For those of you that have returned a purchase and are still waiting for a refund and can’t get anyone from customer service to reply back to you (I’ve been waiting 5 months) you can file a dispute with your bank/credit card company from which you made the purchase and they will get you a refund! I filed a dispute and got my refund the same day, looks like that will be the only way you will get a refund. Do NOT order from this place!

They have turned off their phones so impossible to talk to anyone. Had to file complaint with BBB to get refund. They blame everything on covid but covid is no excuse for poor customer service.

I purchased ASICS running shoes that were clearly defective with fabric that pulled apart at all points of tension. When sent pictures, Jackrabbit customer service simply refused to back up their sale telling me to contact the manufacturer without even supplying ASIC contact info. Reputable retailers back up the products they sell- Nike or Adidas or DSW would never refuse to assist. Consider this if you purchase a product online and let the buyer beware of Jackrabbit.com! Never again.

I ordered a new pair of Hokas, they didn't fit so I returned them. I received an email acknowledging they received the return and I should receive a refund in 5-7 days. It has been almost two months and I still have not received my refund, or any responses to my calls or emails. I feel like I've been robbed.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This company has given me more than a hassle. I bought shoes... then a week later was sent an email saying sorry for the delay in refund.... Why am I getting a refund?
After writing back multiple times after days passed, I received an email telling me that the shoes I ordered on their special Memorial Day Sale were sold out, and I would be refunded and given a % off coupon.
The coupon that I was given wouldn’t get me anywhere near the original sale shoe price. So I called and spoke to a rep at a store front who told me I would be able to get the newer version of the same shoe for 30% off and that the code would be emailed to me. Granted.. even with the 30% off I would still be paying more than my initial purchase.
NOW I received the email with an included 15% off coupon. THANK you for nothing. I feel tricked. They will tell you that you can buy a shoe when really they item is sold out. Their customer service is inconsiderate and their store front employees had no idea what he was talking about and promised me something that wasn’t what was given.
To make a long story short. I would NEVER recommend it his company. HORRIBLE experience.

Bought a pair of shoes that were defective. After 4 days they responded and said they'd issue me a refund in 3-5 business days and a $20 credit as an apology. I was initially happy with the customer service. Well it's been 4 weeks and I don't have a refund or credit. I have tried calling and it says to email. I have emailed them 4 times over the last 4 weeks, and have not gotten 1 response. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
EDIT: Try a chargeback on your credit card company. If they get flooded with those they will have to respond. I did through Discover and it's going through the process now. I have showed them photos of the emails and receipts.

They are the worst. Things happen with coronavirus but they utterly failed me. I ordered a pair of shoes. Didn't receive the shoes. Tried to contact customer service repeatedly when shoes didn't arrive. Weeks passed without any response. I finally received a response when I challenged the charge with my credit card company. Absolutely absurd.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes from Jackrabbit.com. I had a problem with my last order. They sent me the correct shoe, but in two different colorways. I emailed "customer service" several times. I have gotten zero response. I called the customer service phone number which has a voicemail greeting that says to leave an email. Eventually, they cancelled my account with them and wouldn't even let me change my password so I can't log back in ever again. They are the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life
Zero customer service, dishonest company
I understand that covid-19 has caused headaches for everyone, including those processing, shipping, and delivering goods to consumers. With that in mind, I decided to place an order with Jackrabbit for a pair of trail running shoes. They had a notification about shipping stating that I should expect 10-14 days for delivery of my order. Over 3 weeks went by, nothing. Contacted customer service both through the website contact form and email, simply wanting to know how long it would be. 3 days go by, no response at all from customer service. I tried contacting again, wondering if my attempts didn't go through for some reason. A week went by, no response at all.
I finally went to my bank last week to dispute the charges since it is clear my order isn't coming and nobody there cares at all. All of my charges were returned to my account by my bank as of yesterday.
I went to the jackrabbit website today just to see if the orders I had placed showed they were cancelled. Instead, I was unable to login at all. It seems they cancelled my account with them, probably for disputing the charges. I find it odd they have someone available to cancel my account after I got my money back, but no one was available to simply repsond and let me know ANYTHING about the order I placed or the $140 they were holding onto without shipping any product.
I will never use this company again and will warn others to stay away. They are dishonest and their customer service is non-existent.

I recently purchased a pair of shoes for my gf's surprise graduation gift. I had questions regarding it being delivered before my lease ends up and boy did they ship it within 2 days for free! On top, they kept updating me on when did my package leave and instantly emailed me on the arrival of the package. Their service was outstanding and products are amazing!!
