There isn't much to say, I really like shopping here.

Visited store in Richardson. Due to family/life issues, been out of the running scene for a long time. I was very dismayed at the small amount of merchandise available at the store. The only store clerk available was somewhat helpful. Found out much later that my beloved store(s) (another is on Mockingbird in Dallas) was no longer owned by the same people. The store was cold, uninviting and bare minimum. UT is down the street, the students should be knocking down the doors to get in, but not. In future, I may visit the only family-owned store remaining in town.

Socks were exactly what I was looking for.

My first time buying from JackRabbit. They sent me a defective item.
Ordered a Brook running bra and one of the hooks was unanchored (pulled way out of the fabric) and the wire was bent open making it inoperable to clasp. Really obvious upon inspection that the bra was a return item that got put back into stock. Not worth the time and energy to return just to save a few bucks. Never ordering from them again.
To be fair, I recently received the wrong item in the correct box from Amazon which even had an inspection sticker. Maybe the growth in online shopping is becoming too much for these companies? Bummer.

I found the application to be dry and gritty so I swipe it on then rub in with my hand. It seems to work well. The Rogue scent is more of a masculine scent.

Ease of access, great products, great customer service! I will buy from them, again.

Love the staff. Most helpful. Our local store doesn't carry enough of my favorite shoes. Altra shoes give me the cushioning and wide toe box to make my feet happy.
