The Duston team were excellent from start to finish. They worked extremely hard and after I accepted an offer on my property, Becky then proceeded to work on the next stage of the sale. She provided guidance, support & recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The effort she gave until exchange/completion was brilliant. Would highly recommend them time & time again. The Duston team were professional in every way, literally cannot fault them.

Viewed and bought my current property through Jackson Grundy. The whole process was smooth and seamless. Sign posting every single way of the process made me feel at easy and knew exactly where things stand. The icing on the cake was when the sellers solicitors couriered my contract agreement out to me waited for me to sign it and took it back making the exchange of contract super fast and completion done and dusted within the time frame

We used the services of Jackson Grundy in Kingsthorpe to sell our late father's home and highly recommend them. The whole process has been seamless thanks to Anna and her colleagues. Apart from finding a buyer so quickly, they also recommened a solicitor and kept us updated regularly on the process. Anna responded to emails within hours, even following up on our solictor's emails to ensure things went smoothly. A great service at a very reasonable fee. Thank you so much!

We had an overall good experience with Jackson Grundy. Becky did a great job at keeping us informed all the way through the process and doing a lot of chasing to ensure everything kept moving! Even after what felt like 10 calls a day she still had the time to speak with me or drop me an email

I dealt with Jackson Grundy on the purchase of my new property. They have always been very efficient, easy to contact and very helpful. In particular, Becky who worked really hard to ensure the purchase went through smoothly. I would highly recommend!

Jackson Grundy was the estate agent selling to me so not my actual estate agent but I found the communication especially from becky toone a great reassurance and help to me especially through the stressful times. I knew if I emailed I would receive a quick reply from her which was really helpful. Her enthusiasm shone through and made the process easier.

Sellers, please avoid.

Sadly I had no choice but to work with this agency, because the home I loved was listed with Jackson Grundy Daventry. My only advice to sellers is beware of using these estate agents. From the first viewing to the final communications with the team, it was shambles and incompetence, arrogance and people who could not be bothered to help in anyway. They are quick to pass responsibility, and once I exchanged - they were suddenly too busy to conduct a viewing I desperately needed. I have read the negative reviews here, and my experience was not far off from what others have said. I am still trying to get them to provide door keys to the property, and despite hearing of their disorganised key system, they still passed me back to the solicitors to resolve this legally. I am glad my experience with them is finally over and I deeply hope that I will never have any reason to use them again.

PS: I am thankful for the people that had a positive encounter with staff, but they are the minority as the reviews tell you. Don't take the chance, find another agent to use if you can.

Rental side of estate agents are awful. We had a bad experience. Tried to get us on everything when we moved out, even though we left house cleaner than we got it. Unhelpful, unfriendly staff. Also left paying for rent for a house with multiple leaks and water was turned off to prevent damage so we couldn’t move back in! And landlord and estate agents couldn’t care less, never got fixed. Also got stung on garden charges as I’ve seen others have, they took photos of weeds under hedges zoomed in!!! Never use them for rentals however the team for sales are great!

Absolutely useless.. our house could be falling down and they wouldn't care or rush to get things sorted. You tell them things that need sorting out and they don't ever sort it you have to constantly chase them and push them. Always quick to chase payments up if we have ever fallen behind but not quick enough to sort out any problems! Absolute joke.

1 of the worst estate agents in Northampton...I would not give them even a single star...Bunch of jokers & they say a lot of lies.

I had a very pleasant experience with this estate agent when buying my first home. Very happy with the service provided.

The WORST Estate Agents we have ever had the misfortune to come across. If you want to deal with unprofessional, dishonourable, dishonest and down right incompetent people, Jackson Grundy is the company for you.

Absolutely awful bunch of liars. Went for a viewing arrived 15 mins before time could not locate, called the office who said they would call the person doing the viewing so that they would call me this did not happen managed to finally locate the property no one was there called the agent who said the agent had given me a call and she had now left to go to another viewing. Outright lies. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY.

i have a problem with one of their tenants outside lights. Not interested in helping resolve the problem. Took the tenants word for it without investigating it. Blamed another property who's light is no where near us. Jackson Grundy have an awful attitude. I have now spoken to the person who Jackson Grundy have blamed for the light and he is absolutely livid. Looks though he might take this further.

Awful estate agents - AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. Waste of time and no respect for wasting buyers money. After showing us around a property which we loved we placed an offer and it was accepted and we were told the property was off the market. They continued to show people round and take offers on the property to come back a week later to tell us our offer was no longer high enough. In this time, we had instructed solicitors and spent money which we could not get back. Waste of time - will not be using them again for either selling or buying a property as not integrity at all.

This company, especially the Daventry branch will try to hoodwink you out of your deposit and try to charge you for extras when you leave a property. That happened to us, a lot of unnecessary and needless nastiness after renting a property for 3 years. They know some people are in a desperate situation and will feed off that.

We rented a property for 2 years from Jackson Grundy Daventry. In that time we had many maintenance issues with the house such as the hob tripping out the electricity, the fencing panels coming loose, the conservatory roof leaking and the shower leaking through the ceiling and into the kitchen. We reported all these issues but they would always take a long time to get back to us and to actually get someone out to look at the issues. We ended up giving up complaining about the leaking shower before we left the house as they still hadn't fixed it in 8 months.

My wife and I have just relocated to the area for work and unlike a previous review we found Katy to be very professional, attentive and easy to work with.

We are so happy with the home we now have and the moving in process was also aided by Katy and her team.
