I haven’t received my package yet

I haven’t received my package yet
and I ordered it on the 25th of September

This week I received an e-mail saying it was in transit already and I am still waiting for it…nearly 2 months….when the web page said from
3-4 weeks

I will never buy anything more

j'ai en effet eu 13 jours de retard sur l'envoi de votre commande, suite à un incident survenu sur un de vos ronds de serviettes lors de la 2ème cuisson, cf nos mails échangés. Je suis encore une fois désolée, j'espère qu'ils vous plaisent tout de même ! Bonne journée
