I have ordered for my grandaughter in September have still not recieved clothes tried contacting nothing of them. Are they still trading

I ordered an outfit at the beginning of October, sent numerous emails and still no joy in getting any answers to where my parcel is and mo refund either. Absolutely furious as their stuff is not cheap.

I orderd in October it was the 14th I paid with clear pay I have emailed them both and had no reply the item I orderd was 4 my grandson I think it's shocking for to have no reply they have taken my money and haven't received my item

I ordered a hat and booties for my new grandchild, website stated there was a delay so delivery would be 7-10 days. After 3 weeks I contacted them to enquire about my order and they replied the following day cancelling my order..... No offer of a refund, I have contacted them twice since and nothing. Disgraceful!

I ordered a few items I received one but I’ve been waiting since October for them and it’s now December!

Still waiting for my order placed October they don’t answer phone or reply to emails of which I sent lots. I have tried to find out if they’ve ceased trading. I can’t find anything that says they have. Very disappointed.

Ordered in October, still waiting for an update. Website now inaccessible and no way of contacting the company other than email. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a reply. Luckily I paid using PayPal so am hoping to claim my money back.

Order one item since September money was put of my account in no time now i email theg responded it was taking longer, i told them to refund they said 10-15 working day not it as been over a month sent 2 emails still no response ABSOLUTELY SCAMMERS. I am struggling trying to make ends meet and i have been scammed too bad.

Ordered from this company thinking it was a genuine long standing company (as they had a lot of social media presence) back at the very beginning of October, thought that the orders might be a little slow with the currently climate but gave them a few weeks and emailed at the end of October to no reply, that’s when I looked on social media and the comments and saw that I wasn’t the only one to be going through this and wasn’t only one without an order, I have since emailed them over 13 times and have had no reply, even tried contacting the business park they are situated on and heard nothing back, now going through Clearpay to see if they can refund me but they are being a little awkward!! They have now removed posts from Facebook and have removed their website and instagram. DO NOT order from this company! Wish I checked reviews and here now and will be conscious doing that in the future.

Absolute shambles of a company!! Ordered a £60 order nearly 7 weeks ago! Contacted them after 3 as they said delivery is taking longer than expected. Another 4 weeks later and still no parcel and no answer to my several emails. This was meant to be Christmas presents. I am not happy at all.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered 3 baby hat's from this company week beginning the 18th October 2021 and still waiting on them and it's now 24th November.
I have sent 4 emails also aske for refund still nothing😡

Awful company. Made an order and heard nothing else for weeks, all emails and messages were just ignored. Luckily i paid through PayPal and managed to claim my money back. Its a shame really as I used this company loads 4 years ago when my daughter was born and had no problems. Will never ever order from here again!!

I purchased 3 items with this company and only two arrived. Delivery ticket said 3 items enclosed. Funnily the most expensive item was missing!
Could not find a phone number for them so I emailed them several times - no answer. Absolute scammers and thieves.
I to will be reporting this company to trading standards.

Well and truly scammed order over 5 weeks ago for my new grandson that’s on the way was told taking slightly longer for goods have emailed telephoned and nothing can’t believe this company is still getting away with trading absolutely disgusting that people can do this to people that work hard for there money

I put in an order with this company and expected with the current situation that things might take a little longer. A couple of weeks passed and I hadn't even received any sort of dispatch email etc. I emailed the company and got no reply. I check their Facebook page and this is when I realised I'd made a mistake not checking up before ordering. Only comments I seen were negative. After sending them a few emails I finally managed to get my order cancelled and refunded thankfully.

Ordered Over 4 weeks ago haven’t received my order, getting a reply to emails is nearly impossible and still haven’t received any items or refund joke of a company!

Do NOT order from here- well over a month now and had zero communication from them regarding my order which I still haven’t received !!!!

They literally ignore all emails and messages.

I’d much rather a refund than wait months for baby things that now won’t fit.

Disgraceful!!!
