Do NOT order from here. Ordered a month ago, not been sent, not received, ignoring all emails and messages. Paid through clearpay who won’t refund me, wasted money on baby items when I obviously won’t be receiving. Small claims court it is I think! Disgraceful company!

I ordered stuff over 4 weeks ago I still haven't received my items, I barely get a response via email, and now have to see if I can get a refund... absolutely disgraceful... do not order from this site!!!!

After waiting for 6weeks I finally received my parcel it was awful looked like it came from primark shabby and cheap rubbish

Absolutely disgraceful company did not let me know there was a delay with my delivery it has been 3 weeks now since I've ordered and nothing yet they are terrible at responding back to emails I would never order again

Awful company, do not buy from here. Ordered 1st September, was not informed that my item was not in stock until I contacted them. They promised it would be sent out that week once they received it, heard nothing again. They told me they still had not received the item but would be with them that week. I gave the benefit of the doubt however heard nothing. On day 17 now with no update and are now ignoring emails.
I have put in a claim with PayPal.
Such a shame as their items are beautiful.

UPDATE
I eventually received 1 item of my order following me opening a case with PayPal as my texts, emails and phone calls were not answered. My daughter started contacting them and they did respond to her. I did eventually receive my money back for the 1 item I hadn't received because they said that they couldn't get stock of the item I had ordered (at no time was I informed of this). The item i did receive was lovely.
Non delivery of 2 items
I ordered on 20th August paying for standard delivery (3-5 days). I emailed on 27th and received a reply saying that the item were not in stock and they would be receiving stock on 1st Sept.
To date I have still not received my items even though I was promised next day delivery due to inconvenience.
I have emailed and messaged them many times with no reply.
I will be opening a dispute with PayPal if I don't receive a reply today.
What a shame it is because I have seen lots of items I would have loved to purchase for my grandson

Absolutely disgraceful company. No delivery after 22 days and no refund mm do not buy from this company

Initially it took over 10 days for the item to be delivered when delivery stated 3-4 working days. I then returned the item as it was unsuitable but did not get an email confirmation to say that they had received it. Contacted the company and they said the return had been accepted and it can take up to two weeks for a refund. Over three weeks later and still no refund. I emailed twice and sent a message on Instagram. The email was eventually replied to and the girl apologised stating she was on annual leave and her emails had not been passed to her colleagues. She advised that she would get the refund issued the next morning as a priority. This did not happen and I had to open a case through PayPal to get my refund. Such an unprofessional company and I will not purchase from them again.
