a garbage box ...never ever buy it otherwise you ll waste your hard earned money . no sports channel is working . if you are cricket lover you ll b disappointed . streaming is so poor and miserable

jadoo customer service by Junaid

I called Jadoo tv customer support today. My Jadoo 5s was not working. My call was attended by Mr. Junaid. He was professional and helpful with great attitude. He explained me in details the reasons of issue and than he resolved it. He called me back to find out that now everything is fine. I was impressed by his services. Great Job by Junaid at Jadoo tv.

Its a scam.

Its a scam.
No response from Customer service and they disconnected my call several times when requesting to help fix the problem.They already know their product is not good and dont nothing will work,so easy way out is to disconnect customer calls.NEVER EVER AGAIN,would i use their service

They used to good but now totally crap.... Plz don't trust on them.... They are totally fraud.... Don't waste your money.... And one more thing don't go on positive comments it's their own people with fake profiles writing positive comments here.... They are fraud fraud and 💯 times fraud.

bad service, will never recommend jadoo again

Suddenly many Indian channels were gone from jadoo tv. Tried to contact jadoo support by email but no response. Found out later that channels were taken off bcz of copy right issue. I have spent money on jadoo box so I do need those channels I paid for or give back the money. Bad service, really bad service. Disappointed
