The box is just waste of money. They claim that they offer thousands of channel but most of them does not even work. There isn't any sport channel

The video on demand does not work during the evening hours in the Eastern Standard Time Zone of USA. Not sure how it goes about in other time Zones. The answer from support is it will start working after 10:00 p.m. or in other words when you are sleeping. It was working during the day. When called on 11/15/19 the support person said that there are some issues in the USA.
It is a continuous problem. A very bad choice. Can't recommend it to anyone.

This is the 4 time I am having issues with my box. I think the BBB should not allow these devices to be sold in Canada! Their customer service is non existent. They do not respond to any queries. Jadoo If you can’t stand behind your product do not market it.

Please don't waste your money. In the past they were good but now they only have YouTube link as part of all the channels. Its a waste of 150$. I am so so disappointed. I was supposed to return it but just coudunt get time as I was traveling interstate for work after ot arrived. There are channels no movies no nothing. They have face book Netflix and chrome.... who wants this after fu.... 150$ for this piece of crap....

When ever I tried to watch live cricket match on Jadoo TV, I can't watch.... the reason is, there servers are always down. If you call to their customer service agent. They say one thing, SORRY SIR OUR LINK IS DOWN, THANKS FOR CALLING JADOO, and good by. What a poor service. Wastage of money to buy JADOO.

Don’t like anything about it!!! It’s very slow sometimes and mostly the channels dosent work as well. Ghatiya

Jadoo was working fine until couple of months. No live channel is working . They are gone bad to worse. If you write email about your problem they don’t even reply. If you speak to them they say they say there was backhand problems & they r working on it to get it fixed. It has been over 2 months & nothing is fixed. Please don’t ever buy Jadoo. It’s not worth the money you are paying. You will be better off with some iptv box who allows to subscribe monthly. Atleast you know you will get some live channels

Please don’t waste you are money thy just playing the game every couple years such as very bad costumer services

It was working well for some time. Now for about 4-6 months not getting any channels on my Jadoo 5. Called customer care and (Only after so many times) told that the provider has some issues and will soon resolve. But it is not even after months. Waste of money for such an expensive thing.

Before it was fine, since 3 months Indian Folder dead, now, Pak channels r disappearing!!!

Does not work anymore. They used to steal links from some legitimate channels provider. They discovered that. And now jadoo does not work anymore.
