I would rather throw my money in the dust bin than buying this piece of crap, this is one of the most useless thing I’ve ever spent my money on. Literally nothing works and if you call their support team they’ll say sir we are trying to resolve this issue which they never resolve. Go for IPTV and I’m hoping that Jaado either drastically improves their services or they stop selling it and make a fool out of their customers.

Very bad customer service and probably the worst device. Word of advice people never buy jadoo device. Not worth worth the effort to even call customer support at all.

Just in month after purchasing it, they stop uploading any Indian dramas and happened to all other Jadoo users, despite many complaints they don’t seem to care about it, while they keep marketing it like a charm !!! Buy something else to avoid frustration !

We use jadoo5 mostly for Humworld and RAHAM tv on Sunday afternoon but frustrated to see it freezing after few seconds continues to freeze in Canada very frustrated

extremely poor customer service that is NOT available 24/7, especially not for the live chat. The company is a scam the live PSL matches don't come, channels hardly work, and if you want to watch the matches you have to pay hundreds like seriously???

Very very bad product and customer service..especially for hindi products...when you try to find support by calling customer support...they talk to you very rudely and do not help at all....would never recommend anybody to go for this product...waste of your money...bad customer service...bad management by not resolving problems and not training their staff properly how to talk to a customer...

I don't recomend anyone to buy this box. Just think of who the owners are and where they come from. Can you expect anything better from them.

dont buy it waste of money. worked fine till jadoo 5 came out and suddenly everything stops working. this is a scam company

Same issue faced, this is crap BOX and there should be a forum where companies like these should be banned from doing business, i am sure soon they will have Jadoo 6 and they will fix the issues temporarily and folks will again fall into there TRAP

DO NOT SCAM YOURSELF buying this box.
I bought it and it was working perfectly fine and it stopped working right after a moth and customer service don’t help you at all, saying sorry we can’t do anything in our end.

This is not worth buying at all. I bought the jadoo 5 for almost $250. However most of the channels and movies got taken away after a few months. If you call they will say the same thing. That they have reported the issue but nothing happens. I called a month ago and I called agin but they told me the same thing. This is basically a scam. Works fine for a month or two and then u can’t even watch anything on it.

DO NOT TRUST on this company . they never send the box to you and do not refund your money as well! i am waiting for the box over 10 days and nothing yet . they the fedex is responsible for that not us!

I wanted to give a minus point. The worst thing you can buy. I live in Australia and none of the south Indian channels working since months. Customer support doesn’t know whether that will be fixed or how long will take to fix. Don't waste your money here.
Now I paid for another one - ‘yup Tv’ , so far good.
