Dont buy this box. Lot of channels disappeared. Also the commercials they are showing are not appropriate for families. Now they start showing commercials with Gay and lesbians kissing. May be that is culture at owners home but they should know this is not south asian culture.

My Jadoo 4 sold to me as free TV, now asking me to purchase subscription , what a load of garbage , bunch of thieves. Don't buy this Jadoo Rubbish

This is a piece of garbage... Emedia is gone... The channels work when they want to and don't when they don't want to... Channels disappear out of thin air...
And others just don't work!
Just don't buy this crap...
Hope they at least fix those problems! Seems like they don't care at all!

we had Jadoo 4 for couple of years...buffering and disappearance of channels is a common occurrence.
At the time of purchase they said that it was a one-off payment nothing to pay later.
Now, all of a sudden without any prior notice they have stopped streaming to the box and decided to charge their customers $100 per year for the service.
Sajid Sohail has decided to change his business model by using a clause in their terms & conditions which (apparently) allows them to make any changes to the initial agreement.
Strongly recommend to stay away from SS's Jadoo...

My neighbor bought this device and came to know that there are some problem renewing the channels. They offer many authentication steps to just renew the Jadoo device.

My suggestion to him is to try with iqstream iptv. I got some good feedback on this. If you people need this, you can also go through the device details and try it yourself. (iqstreamiptv.com)

this tv box is a waste of life, its super slow and unresponsive also.. DONT BUY THE 5S AS ITS ANDROID 6 AND HAS THE SAME SPECS AS THE JADDOO 4 AND THEY MAKE YOUR SYSTEM SLOWER WHEN THEY REALEASE A NEW TV BOX. we are thinking of buying a new tv box, we are never getting a jadoo tv again. Edit: dont reset your TV box as it will get slower. Last edit: Dont download the apps from their store, they are viruses

Amazing tv box, fast, wide variety of choices, well organized, good maintainance, new channels are added all the time and for Arabic TV Channels -
It has many languages
Cost of the set top box was in average

jadoo 5s box only 1 asian movie channel no help from customer service.work just one week no refund they said we dont have distributor in uk when we found any seller we will send u replacement its depend when in 5 to 11 month may b longer we cant say anything when.dont buy they are fraud should b ban in uk.

We had a Jadoo3 before, it began buffering after a few weeks and when I tried to ask for tech support, they told me to do things which fixed it temporary. Then they stopped it and told me to buy Jadoo5 because they are not broadcasting Jadoo3 anymore. The same with Jadoo5, we always had problems with Jadoo5 which was not getting fixed. More than a month ago, it made a loud noise and the screen went black. I emailed and called, they told me to buy a microSD card and copy some files that they emailed me to the SD card and then insert it to the back of Jadoo5 and use pin and connect to power which I did and then the blue light went red. When I emailed and told them, the guy asked me the Mac no and then he wrote me that my jadoo5 has an issue and I should get a Jadootv now. Of course, each time, I write them, it take a couple days for them to response. so, we haven't had any access to any channel and series for a month until today that friend of mine told me to get a GLWIZ, that she has had it for 3 years and she has been very happy with that. I download it on my TV, no comparison. The shows look much nicer color and no buffering, no problem. Jadoo tech told me to do chat and whenever I tried it, it was offline. I wonder what kind of live chat is that.
I am done with Jadoo devices because the owner is thief. I wish I could give zero star because it doesn't deserve a one star. I am paying $100/year for GLWIZ to watch the same programs and channels with a wonderful brighter picture without any stress. When you watch tv, you want to enjoy but jadoo brings only suffering to the families. Shame on you Jadoo's owner because you do this to make more money.

Don’t buy Jadoo4,or 5.Its not working, I called and they said, oh we are try to fix it.This is happening since 2,3 months.Please don’twaste your money.Whats the point if you spend money, and still can’t watch drama.They lock it purposely.Iam also sharing with this on face book in my community, and will make sure that they don’t buy this piece of junk anymore.

I will advise all my Asian brothers never buy this Jadoo TV. Most of the channels never work.
It is wasted of time and money.

Really a very very bad experience of joining Jadoo tv app
They took subscription for the year up front then after one month app was disabled and could not be downloaded from App Store. Upon calling support team many many times reply always come.....we are trying to solve the technical issues. When asked for refund for the paid services upfront and not getting the service.....answer comes will be refund ASAP.....despite length of time no refund made.... you can’t get in touch with any help line or customer services as when you call and leave the message no one calls back.....
Really pathetic, scam service ripping off the people for their hard earned money..... Stay away....please otherwis you will pay your hard earned money and would get nothing....yes nothing at all.....

If you recently purchased this device, my advice will be to return and ask for a refund.
All those channels you could view in the past, these scammers had them hacked and were unlawfully stemming them to you as a customer which they made quite a lot of money out of it. After the channel owners learn this and took corrective measures and stopped these thieves, all the channels disappeared overnight as they never existed.
Imagine you can't even view the free to air channels so ask yourself the question, what did you pay for?

All the channels that we were promised when we bought Jadoo 5 are not available.The movies or any live channels are not working so this is basically fraud.You guys are able to do more than this and you guys should fix this issue.

I dont want to give even a star. Please read the terms and condition first before you pay. They deduct money without telling you. Poorest result every thing is even available on youtube. Please do not waste your money.hardly 3 or 4 channel available on this jadoo tv. Highly highly not recommended.!!!!!!! Please stay away from this stupid tv called jadoo tv.

this is a piece of garbage, don't buy it waste of money, unless you are ready to spend half of your time on their stupid adds, advertising.

I bought jadoo 5s in Dec 2019.My experience is it is is still primitive service.some time it will work for few days and than all of sudden no channel works.when you call them they will go right left pretending to help you and will finall say change your jadoo box to other internet when they have no answer to address your problem.i have latest smart tv with high speed NBN.
Jadoo app misses lot of channels and screen freezes.
I will not recommended this to any one.My advice don't waste money and stay away from

Waste of money. Most of the channels have broken links. Called support and as always their reply was known issues and under investigation. Its a scam.
