Jadoo company must have been called ALI BABA TV company, or better known as thief TV company. All that with the customer service they talk about is a lie and a cheat. Be careful of the bunch of thieves who only think about getting your money out of your pockets. There is zero, and listen, zero after sale service. And not only beware they will steal your TV box if for some reason you send it to a Jadoo office, like I did. They said I should send my Jadoo 5 box to one of their departments and I did. Now almost 4 months have passed. I did not get my box back, nor do they respond to my mail. A bunch of Ali baby thieves. Theft in daylight. They are a bunch of disrespectful thieves with no understanding of the rules of marketing.

Jadoo TV is very unprofessional. They don't care when there is problem. They let the problem sit for as long as they can without giving a damn about their customers. Everytime you call their customer support, their response is unsatisfactory. They just assure you that the problem will be solved within 24-48 hours but the problem stays for weeks or even months. Non-working channels are their to waste your time to keep trying. If it's not going to be fixed then why have the channel logo there so that we stop wasting our time trying every time we check if the channel is up now?! They are the worst IPTV company ever. So unprofessional!

I bought Hadoop 5s last year. After 2 months all popular channels including Pakistani ang Indian both disappeared.i called them several time but no response.please don’t buy or purchase Hadoop

Nothing is working since last two months. All the desi channels are not working and it was a waste of money if we can't watch the indian and Pakistani channels. Even video section is very empty these days. They have removed Kapil Sharma show and Indian Idol from the video section. I tried to call them but no one is attending the phone. Didn't even got response of my email.

Absolutely rubbish.Content not updated for VOD or movies for few months.Live TV never worked !

It use to be good.but recent years the box and customers service become rubbish. Never will buy again the box

This is the worst piece of garbage I have bought by paying $300. I would have given zero starts if I could give. It worked only for first 1 month and then never worked. Every time I call the customer care support team, they say there is some problem and they are working on it. It's been 4 months since we bought the box and nothing is working. And the customer service representatives are arrogant and rude. They question you as though we are being dishonest with our complaint. This is ridiculous.

I just wasted $190/- purchasing this piece of **it. This stupid device never runs any channel properly, restarts a number of time and very slow that you better watch programs on mobile. I would advise not to waste your money even if they give it to you in free, don’t ever purchase Jadoo TV either 4 or 5, this is only a headache and stress on your nerves. If I had the chance to sue these guys, I would drag them to court for such waste. Cheat people damned ***king bas*ards.

Very poor customer service no one knows what’s happening. This box is totally crap. I keep calling customer service and no one replies. In case someone replies they only tell you we know box having problems and we are trying to fix it but cannot give you any time frame when it will be fixed. It’s over 6 months my VOD and films not working. Also live channels stop working in every 2 minutes. Will not recommend this box just a piece of sh**

No more indian shows and tv available because jadoo tv has always been illegal and now the content creators have pulled the plug on them. Just spoken to their customer service who confirmed because of geographical restrictions there will be no more content.

There is no option to select 0 otherwise I would have done that.Utterly a piece of garbage.Better to give that money to a charity.Customer service poorest of the poor.

Never buy this jadoo box. Worse service I ever seen. And please please please please I request to every one do not waist the money. And soon they gonna shut down down.

It’s been almost 2 months that contents of video on demand is not updating and when call customer service , they say we don’t know when it will be updating, please don’t buy this tv box.
