JAIK Properties Limited 

Can’t give no stars or I would. Anfisa was our rep, 5 of us paid £1000 each for the last months rent of our 12 month contract so expected to pay 11 months and be covered for month 12. We have been informed by our landlord that Jaik properties owe him several months rent and have kept our £5000 so he now expects us to pay him an extra £1000 each to cover month 12. No contact or answers from Jaik, after they initially promised the money would be refunded to us. We are all Graduates who have lost £1000 which is a huge amount to each of us. Been advised by Lawyer to leave it as Jaik owe thousands to landlords and we as tenants have no chance of getting our money back.

Jaik Property is a scam property agency, this is what they do to people including me. They will take holding and deposit fees ( first and last month). Their minimum tenancy agreement is 6 months or a year. So when you're in your last month, these guys will find ways and means to scam you. They will tell you they want to do a renovation so you should look for another apartment. They will tell you there will be a refund but this agency will not pay anything. This happens when they know you're in your last month. You will call them they will not pick up. Telling you to produce evidence of payments, after you have they will not pick up your calls nor answer your messages. They are scam pls don't fall into their trap. I have evidence they telling they will pay but 3 months now nothing.

This firm owe me money due to negligence.
They are currently expelled by the Property Redress Scheme and by law they shouldn't be trading. Please don't delete this comment instead do your research for yourself. Jaik Properties Limited have been expelled from PRS and are breaking the law if they continue to trade.

On the 18th of October Jaik Properties have threatened me into taking down my review and told me that they weren't banned. They sent me abusive messages that I wish I could upload, when I invited them to have a 3 way call with PRS they blocked my number. I spoke to Neil from PRS and read out this review he said that the review is accurate and Jaik Properties Limited had two PRS membership and both have been cancelled. Jaik Properties Limited are not legally allowed to trade from October 13th 4.57pm

I would avoid like the plaque. They have been suspended by the Property Redress Scheme for negligence.
And owe me £400 for poor service

This is in my opinion the worst agency I've ever deal with. Bad room conditions and cooperation with Anfisa and JAIK Properties agency. Be careful for the reviews. I cannot agree with any of them at this time.

My room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay. Also the landlady was very professional, helpful and kind.

I had such a great time as a tenant in Wimbledon. Prompt replies, good facilities, clean environment, wonderful co- tenants and a painstaking manager Anfisa who made me feel so much at home with their warmth. So much so that I drop a few tears when I had to leave.
Will I recommend Jaik properties? Definitely! Such an amazing team.

I had a wonderful experience as I rented a place in Liverpool by this company. The amenities were plenty for the number of people that rented at the time. The room en-suite, was very spacious and was offered for an excellent price compared to the competition. Overall, I would highly recommend them. If I go to any place and they offer housing there I would definitely give them a priority in my choosing.

The best property management company! I’m so happy with the service provided by Jaik especially from Anfisa! The house was well looked after during my tenancy and they would go above and beyond for anything we needed.

We have just started, what I hope will be, a long continuous working relationship with JAIK Properties. They have been outstanding in all aspects from communication, tailoring their service to meet our requirements and their complete and utter professionalism throughout the process. We take a lot of care when sourcing accommodation for our nurses to join our NHS and JAIK Properties makes this very easy. The properties are beautiful and make for such a lovely first home for our nurses and for that we are very grateful.

Great communication and absolutely no issues at all with the property. Anfissa is always available whenever an issue comes up and fixes it ASAP. I just renewed my contract and am happy about it.

I have been a tenant with Jaik Properties since January 2021 and I don’t think I’ve ever had such a great experience renting before.
The service is 5-star all around! Impeccable properties, and any maintenance issue we’ve raised has been taken care of super quickly.
Every request we had was tended to so quickly and perfectly. I just renewed my contract and am the happiest about it!
Highly recommend their services. ❣️
