Slots louder than settings
Even when I drag the volume slider in-game to almost zero, some effects still blast at full volume, especially on bonus hits. Playing at night, that’s not okay. I nearly woke everyone up.

No tournaments, no chat on live games, no sense of community at all. It’s just you versus a cold interface that wants your card details. Some people might like that, I just found it depressing.
Won a local jackpot and after all fees and their "handling" it was significantly smaller than the amount shown. I know taxes exist, but breakdown was super unclear.
Hard to explain, but the mix of clunky interface, strict terms and slow support just made it feel unfriendly. I left after a week.
So many tiny fees, rounding, weird conversions, that I just feel nickeled and dimed. It’s not one big scam, it’s death by a thousand cuts. I’m done.
Won a bit over 1000 and then discovered they only allow like 500 per week from bonuses. So now I have to wait weeks just to get my own money out. Should have read that fine print before playing here.
On some tables, chip sizes are fixed at weird values with no shortcut for my usual stake. Small gripe but annoying.
Funny how everything runs smooth when you’re losing, but the second a bonus hits, the game freezes and stutters. Happened three times on different slots. I don’t want to scream rigged but it doesn’t feel right. I’ll take my money elsewhere.
20 minutes and my whole deposit gone. No bonus rounds, no excitement, just straight losses. I’ve played online for years, variance happens, but this felt brutal even by those standards. Not fun, just draining.
I only deposited once and they’ve already sent me more than ten promotional emails in a week. Same boring offers over and over. I unsubscribed twice and still keep getting them. Makes me feel like they care more about spamming than fixing the site.
My account is in EUR but sometimes the games show balances in dollars or some generic coins. Hard to keep track of what I’m actually betting. I even thought I was betting less than I was. Not cool when real money is involved.
The live dealers barely smile, some of them look like they hate their job. It kills the atmosphere honestly. I’m here to relax a bit, not feel awkward. I switched tables a few times, same mood everywhere. Makes the whole experience kind of depressing.
