Loyalty reset after break

I took a break for a couple of months to cool off. When I came back, my loyalty level was gone, back to basic. No warning that inactivity would reset it. Kind of punishes you for taking a responsible break, which is ironic.

Sticky bonus confusion

They call it a sticky bonus but don’t explain clearly that you lose the bonus amount when you request a withdrawal. I thought I’d keep both my deposit winnings and bonus, nope. That should be stated in HUGE letters.

Cashback not worth chasing

Their weekly cashback is like 5% on net losses over some high threshold, and paid as bonus with wagering. So you lose a lot to maybe get tiny bit back with more conditions. No thanks.

Win/loss graph missing

Some casinos show a simple graph of your overall results over time. Here there’s nothing like that. Maybe they don’t want players to see how the line goes steadily down.

Support scripts feel cold

Even when I mentioned losing more than I should, the agent just replied with a canned line about “good luck next time”. No empathy, no suggestion of tools. Left a bad taste.

Promised cashback missing

They advertise weekly cashback but I never saw a cent of it on my account even after losing several deposits. Support said I didn’t "qualify" because of some minimum threshold which was never shown clearly anywhere.
