It cost me 100 dollars to try a dress that didn’t fit and was of poor fabric quality. Between restocking fees and shipping. Not worth it. Won’t do it again

Updated post receiving a reply. you wrote saying it only cost me 34 dollars to return. you are wrong. that is 34 sterling pounds. not canadian dollars. i just received the refund, it cost almost 70% more than what you quoted in your reply. as i said, it was certainly not worthy trying on a dress for that amount of money. had a tried a few different sizes in sequence, the trying on would have cost more than the dress itself.

I was drawn to Jaki by its elegant feminine designs. I purchased pants and a top and found the fabric to be soft, warm and light. The set looked quite superior to what was being offered by other stores. And their after sales service is exceptionally good.

Jaki London has been absolutely wonderful to deal with. I’m in Australia and I received my order very quickly. I wasn’t sure about sizing, but Rosy in customer service has been very helpful with the return and exchange process. I wish I lived in London and could shop instore.

My experience with JAKI has been the complete opposite of what I have experienced with some other online retailers.

The clothes are beautiful, well-made and exactly as described. The quality exceeded my expectations.

What impressed me even more was the customer service. Whenever I had a question, I received a prompt and helpful response. Even when unexpected issues arose with the international delivery, the customer service team immediately took ownership of the problem, kept me informed and worked proactively to resolve it.

Most importantly, JAKI did not try to shift responsibility onto the customer. They handled the situation professionally, efficiently and with genuine care. They also provided compensation for the inconvenience without me having to fight for it, which demonstrated a real commitment to customer satisfaction.

I ordered a dress for my wife’s birthday and paid full price £180. It was never worn and the tags still on the dress. We sent it back in perfect condition paying the return charge. They rejected the return saying it was not in perfect condition. The return packaging was really poor, we were not able to seal it without a little diy. Actually the overall packaging of the product vs the cost do not match and puts risk into any of their products not being received in perfect condition with the blame being held on the customer.

It’s a big risk for £180 dress that might not fit, and I wish I had not purchased.

It’s to easy for a company to just say “it’s not in perfect condition” when it was checked rigorously before we sent it.

I would avoid this company

Ordering was easy, dress arrived very quickly. Returning was extremely easy and refund was processed swiftly. All good.

I like Jaki amazing fit and simply elegant clothing . Clothes feel soft . I just hope the jumpers dont bobble after wash .No issues with delivery .

Wife loved the dress, just too long for her, but that can be fixed. She is only 150.
