Over 10 years with answer.co.uk.

I have been using answer.co.uk's service for well over 10 years now and they offer an excellent UK based service. They are very professional and efficient and strike up a good rapport with my clients and contacts that call up. Answer.co.uk's live answer service is so much better than merely a voicemail service. I highly recommend answer.co.uk.

Fantastic

These guys are really, really good. We had a really complex requirement at the start of the Coronavirus pandemic and they were flexible and worked with us to come up with a solution. For an average of about £600/month, they have saved us the cost of a full time member of staff (and we can answer the phone 24/7).

The receptionist are now 'trained' and can answer many of the common questions that our customers have without even having to contact us (opening times, delivery problems etc).

We use them in another business as well and have done for a long time.

Reliable and cost effective

I have used the answer.co.uk service for many years. It is very reliable and cost effective and ensures I don't miss important calls and can filter out those that would not be economic to take myself.

Affordable & Transparent pricing, does what it says on the tin!

I hired JAM to answer my business calls to ensure that I never missed new enquiries.
I got quotes from many companies but they just seemed incredibly expensive for what I needed which was simply to have messages passed on to me with Name and number.
I liked how JAM were transparent with their charges online and I didn’t need to wait for someone to come back with a price, it was all there in black and white. I haven’t looked back since using their services, it does everything I need and keeps me free to do what I do best.

Excellent and Helpful Service!

Absolutely excellent and amazing service. Very helpful in our business with great customer service. It has also a quick response time that is valuable for businesses to immediately attend to messages.

Excellent answering service with excellent customer service

We use the Answer.co.uk service that is part of JAM and whilst we are a relatively new client we have found the service excellent. The set up process was simple and where the standard configuration tools didn't quite fit our needs the customer service team were able to alter the system so the calls are answered and actioned exactly as we would wish.

Calls are answered in one ring, and the messages are accurate.

Great firm to complement your business

Great firm which has been a godsend for my business through the lockdown and we are now using them on an ongoing basis to take calls when the office reopens but we may be busy or not available. Very polite and professional phone manners from their team and on several occasions my clients have complemented them. If you run a small to medium sized firm they are an excellent option for call messaging and forwarding
