Terrible experience from start to finish. The shirts were not nearly as good as advertised. The return process was horrid. Purchases are not recommended.

Like dozens of other Chinese online stores, they invest in advertising, but the product is of awful quality - a total waste of money, and there's no way to return without having to pay shipping back to China ... really horrible customer service or solution - Don't waste your money

Product took 5 weeks to arrive and on arrival not only was it defective but it was not as pictured on the description for quality.
Very poor product warranty, as the merchant will not pay for their defective product to be returned.
Do Not Order anything from this merchant!!!!

What a joke this sweater is. They advertise a gorgeous looking sweater that looks thick and warm and has sewn in elbow patches as well as shoulder pads. What you get is nylon polyester material that has “printed” elbow and shoulder pads. What!?!

This is NOT a sweater! It is an overpriced piece of cheap quality. Not even a tag to list the material it's made of. So cheap I won't wear it!

The quality of the product received is sub standard. The price reflex a quality item. Received a nylon shirt. Expected a wool sweater. Never again will I order from them. I should have read the reviews!

Slow delivery. Sub standard quality. No labels at all. Photos on website misleading. Difficult to return items as they must be tracked back to China. Website makes it look like a high quality U.K. company but this could not be further from the truth. DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM THEM AS YOU WILL REGRET IT! Someone is making a lot of money selling us rubbish.

Absolute rubbish. I am now in dispute with them and trying to get a refund without having to pay excessive costs returning the item to CHINA. The item I ordered is substandard, no brand labels,no care instruction labels no size label and nothing like the quality as seen in the advertising and incidentally they give the impression of operating out of London which is false. Would never do business with this shoddy company again

BUYER BEWARE!!! After a successful first purchase from this company, I ordered a Blazer that looked really good quality and woven fabric. When it arrived it was so disappointing the fabric was printed and washed out nothing like the advertising photos. On wanting to return I was informed that I had to pay for it to be sent back to CHINA as there isn't a warehouse in the UK. Or I could keep the Blazer which is only good for the bin an have a 30% refund, after checking how much for traced postage back to CHINA I went for the refund of which I received £14.99. THIS IS NOT A UK COMPANY .

So not only were the clothes clearly the ones that even Shein wouldn’t sell & passed onto this site to make a buck !!
I’ve now had at their insistence to fork out a further (non refundable) £29.95 to have them returned to China
I declined their offer just to keep them & they would refund 15% of the total value of the order #hangs head

Total scam! All the product pictures and descriptiona are stolen from other companies, with just slight modifications such as the product name or "founder's" name. What a rip off, and the final products are nothing like promised...

Guys this is a scam. Pls don’t order. Don’t pay. They won’t respond after payment at all.

The delivery was very quick and fast ordered yesterday got it today, I ordered large because I like my top big also material is lovely and I can’t wait to wear it so excited

The product and material has a great quality that surprisingly worth every pound spent on it. Delivery is on time and the cloths fits better as shown on line. I would defo recommend a try.
