The Mississauga team showed up sporadically. Had to terminate and still wanted to be paid for work not completed. Continued to invoice us and sent to collections. Horrible team. I hope the rest of the org is so bad.

Love the training and everything they represent

Janpro is 1 of worst cleaning companies, I have ever used in 35 years of using commercial cleaners.
They brag about being #1 top cleaning franchises... but nothing about being #1 top cleaners.

The fact the boast such high standards for cleaning, is joke. There is No quality control, Useless management.

Janpro is nothing more than a cleaning booking agency. They get paid selling franchise, they take Percentage on every contract. They are nothing more than cleaning placement agency.

No standards for their cleaners. Cleaners cleaning a building with 1 rag, using generic cleaning supplies. Staff talk on their phones whole time cleaning. The money back guarantee is joke. Dozens of times poor cleaning standards, never once did they refund money for the poor quality.

Beware using them for any commercial cleaning.

Oct 31st, I responded to their email. I asked send me contact name & phone number of owner of Janpro. I be happy to provide proof of my claims. Correspondence with Janpro staff, pictures.

I stand by my review and services Janpro did not provide.

I tried reaching out to Bruce Weaver west coast manager. I asked to speak to me directly to get all facts.. he declined, he wanted to investigate first talking to employees. I said how can you do accurate investigation without getting all facts first. I also send bunch of pictures proving the lack quality, and cleaners not using products, equipment that Janpro promises..
Talk to the same management, quality control people that flat out told me, that the condition of building, was not acceptable. Equipment , products using, not what they stated be used.

That was Nov 7th, when I sent pictures of the lack quality. He never responded. He wanted proof, provided it, then he never followed through.
Just like the manager that was assigned to our building, or the quality control manager.
Suppose to be at least quarterly visits by manager to make sure standards are being met. They did nothing.

So stand by my claims have pictures over 2 years , so not isolated incident. Luckily they are now fired, now we can finally get a cleaning company that takes pride in their work, has upper management that will make sure standards are met. Janpro surely does not care.

Why any good cleaner, would want buy franchise with them, to pay good money for franchise, and then get percentage of each contract going to Janpro.
