Jan Pro Scarborough is a scam
Jan Pro Scarborough is a scam. Pay to franchise and the more money you are allowed to make the more money you have to pay them. Then they will give accounts, you have to pay for the account/s. That means you have no income for some couple of months and would be working for free for them to pay off for that account. Then after you paid off that account they will take it from you so they can sell it to another franchise so they can get paid again.

You are correct in saying that you have to pay for accounts in your book of business which may not produce income for a few months. However, are you provided a one year guarantee and we do not transfer our accounts away from our franchise owners to make more money. Accounts are only transferred if there are quality issues or if the customer requests the transfer.

Sam and his team have done wonderful work. Always great at communicating. And does the little extra things we don’t even think about. Super happy I called JP to bring in their cleaners. Waaaaayyyyy more thorough than the last guys. Price was comparable. Service is way better. Very professional. I even like the supervisor Jane that checks in on me every now and then. Would have no issue recommending to my friends and have already done so.

I got the deep cleaning done by Jan-pro Toronto for my new dental office.
Edita and her team did an amazing job for 7 hours. They cleaned every corner very properly.
