Another rare instance of such excellent service, that I felt motivated to put time into writing a review.
I believe this is only the third time I ever write a review for a company, as I am not prone to writing reviews, unless the experience truly stood out to me as being exceptionally positive (or negative).
Several months back, I placed an order with Japan Rabbit to order five of the Pokémon Center life-size Eeveelution plushies. (As the plushies had to be pre-ordered such a long time prior to their actual release.) As I am from Europe, getting those plushies is by no means self-evident.
Prior to placing the aforementioned order with Japan Rabbit, I had no prior experience with Japan Rabbit, nor with any sort of proxy service. As such, I felt wary, making such a large, pricey purchase with an unfamiliar company. Seeing other people's positive experiences on TrustPilot is what convinced me to proceed.
Given my lack of prior experience with using a proxy service, and the price tag attached to this order, I did however have various questions on the matter, for which I have taken up contact with Japan Rabbit's customer support repeatedly. Their excellent customer support is what motivated me to leave this review: In an age where many platforms direct you toward a Chatbot, or customer service is otherwise mediocre by default, Japan Rabbit's team was ever at the ready to swiftly and respectfully respond to any of my questions or concerns. They never resorted to providing default answers, but took their time to truly look at the issue I presented to them, and provide a proper, motivated response. They were also swift and flexible in making changes to my order or offering advice whenever needed (such as arranging the possibility to pick up my order at their Yokohama office, and eventually still shipping part of my order, when it prove to be impossible to stuff all those plushies into a suitcase!). Furthermore, beyond their customer support, for every step among the process, their automated systems provide a swift notification, that clearly communicates any necessary information to customers (e.g., When Japan Rabbit itself receives the product; What step the customer should take next; If there is an extra cost, and why or how this cost comes about; ...). All in all, I can genuinely only sing my praise to this company with its wonderful approach.
So if like me, you find yourself new to ordering with a proxy, or unfamiliar with Japan Rabbit, I hope that my review may help you confirm that Japan Rabbit truly is a reliable proxy to work with, who is truly worth your trust.
