Positive experience buying a small product.
It's an incredibly helpful tool if you're unable to revieve international shipping on orders from Japan. I loved the fact they have many shipping and packaging options available for customers. Additonally, JapanRabbit can cover a wide variety of Japanese goods, so the shopping experience I had felt very personalized and secure.
After sending a link to the product I wanted, they were fast to purchase it (about 1-2 days), and to ship it to me once the order arrived and I paid for a shipping method. My only critique is that like with any international shipping, shipping is expensive. On the other hand, there are multiple shipping methods available that hopefully fit your price range.
TLDR: Great, secure, professional, highly customizable- and a bit pricey. Worth it if you're truly unable to purchase a product from Japan.

Japan Rabbit did an excellent job
Japan Rabbit did an excellent job — shipping, organization, and purchasing. Everything went smoothly, like clockwork. I can highly recommend them for shopping from overseas in Japan.
Unfortunately, DHL handles the shipping in Germany, and that’s where the problems began. Up to that point, everything had been perfect, as I said. Japan Rabbit is absolutely not to blame for DHL’s unbelievably poor performance.
Fortunately, Japan Rabbit offers other shipping providers as well, so next time I won’t have to rely on DHL.
For that reason, I can wholeheartedly recommend Japan Rabbit to anyone for their purchases.

They're one of the few games in town if you want stuff from a lot of JP retailers. I'll just say that they've bought and then shipped everything I requested without issue either buying it or any problems/damage in shipping (including for delicate figurines). You pay a modest % fee on the price of what you order, plus a flat useage fee, but it's offset by them offering cheap SeaMail shipping.
