Willingness to Help
Japan Rabbit is known for its exclusivity where the respective team of buyers will go all the way possible to help you obtain your items. They will try their best, unbelievably far more than Buyee and OneMap.
However I wish they had a few individuals who volunteered to also go to the physical stores to pick up certain items that have totally sold out in online stock. Unfortunately, many proxy services just refuse to physically visit the stores even when being offered commuting fees or slightly extra charges.

the ordering process and delivery process were very smooth. they communicated clearly about what was being charged or if there was something wrong with the order. the product came in a timely manner exactly how it was ordered, and i definitely will be buying through them again !! just be prepared to pay a couple bux extra bc of international customs fees if you are in the US lol
