j'ai commandé une tondeuse il y a 3 semaines, elle n'est toujours pas arrivée. Le suivi de colis donne des informations en retard et erronées, du style "votre colis sera livré au plus tard le xx" alors que cette date est dépassée depuis plusieurs jours. Le service client n'a répondu qu'une fois à mes nombreuses demandes, et c'était un mail impersonnel me renvoyant au suivi de colis. A ce jour, je ne sais toujours pas si je vais recevoir ma commande, dont le coût était important et dont j'ai un besoin urgent
