Ordered via ebay 4 service kits for sprinter van. Paid 277 according to the price on ebay and this company have called me and ask for £50 extra if i want the order to be fullfilled. I refused and they cancelled the order. Have all the details so i can provide them if anyone interested.

Terrible service , Mid Exhaust arrived with two large dents in it, Have they not heard of Bubblewrap, The courier was Late so don't believe the Next Day Delivery, More like three days! Do not reply to emails.
Total untrustworthy Buisness who Iwill not be dealing with again and urge anyone to do the same.

Half baked policies and unwillingness to listen. I wanted to return an item but said no because of covid. They tried to apply the covid rule of not accepting returns because fear of contamination, (tried to make me feel bad about me spreading the virus when i sanitised my hands and item beforehand ) however no staff wears a mask, or maintains 2 meters distance from customers or themselves, or sanitise their hands after each customer. When asked staff to follow covid policies, they were uncooperative and arrogant. If your going to follow one rule, follow them all. Don't pick and choose your own rules. They have one screen which covers a quarter of the counter, which h they do not even use. Customers are being served from the side which doesn't have a screen. Ok fair enough i would have accepted the rule of returns if they had followed all the rules or at least tried to. But picking and choosing rules that suits them and unwillingness to listen, doesn't make any sense and is just an example of why and how the new indian varient is spreading around Leicester.
