The Jaspr air scrubber nightmare!
I purchased a Jaspr Air Scrubber and not only does it not filter the air, it spewed a chemical odor into my home. I tried it twice and had to turn it off and I'm not using it.
It has been in my home for almost a month and it has turned into an absolute travesty in trying to get this item removed. Customer service is extremely lacking and unprofessional. This item was delivered to me by UPS on a hand truck and brought up to my apartment. I have finally have been able to get the "customer service agent" to have this item removed. However he instructed me to bring it to a UPS store. Remember, I stated that it was brought to my apartment by a UPS driver with a hand truck and brought up the stairs by the UPS driver. When I spoke again to Tyler, the Jaspr representative, the agent told me to make my own arrangements with UPS. Unfortunately, with the UPS label Tyler provided, I am unable to do that. I have again notified Jaspr to get this unit out of my home or I will contact the credit card company and open a dispute. They now have three days to get this out of my apartment.
I want to bring to your attention that all communication with Jaspr has been by email. There is no telephone number for Jaspr customer service
I am putting this review on Trust Pilot because it appears Jaspr controls the narrative on its product and does not post all of it's negative reviews. At least they did not post mine.
I am warning people do not, absolutely do not purchase this item. It's entire function is based on the filter that does not work. That they admit defective. And have prolonged rather than aided in getting this problem resolved.
