Have not recieved item,the contact number is not answered and they don't reply to emails.completely avoid

Jawsam.com DONT BUY THEY ARE CROOKS l ordered a steering wheel lock for my motor home it doesn’t wok as it should.I have contacted Jawsam.com through several emails which they totally ignore. The phone number ring but nobody answers and ignore messages you leave DO NOT BUY from these rouge traders

A very dubious company. Avoid at all costs!

I made a purchase on 10 August and till today I have no email for any updates. Is very difficult to contact them, The contact number they provides is not avaliable, in the emails nobody is reply.

Wedge reading pillow is quite supportive and not too big so doesn’t take up too much room. A little expensive for what it is but does the job and better than a bad back! Needed to contact customer services and Ameila was really helpful and dealt with my requests efficiently. The mixed reviews are probably justified but if you need a decent quality reading pillow and aren’t worried about paying a little extra for it, the one I ordered is a good choice.

I am extremely disappointed with Jawsam. I sent several emails requesting their return address for a cushion I wanted to return, but I received no response. After getting nowhere, I resorted to finding what I believed to be their company address online (in London) and sent the package via recorded delivery.

Only after I threatened to escalate the issue with my credit card company did Jawsam finally respond—claiming I had sent it to the "wrong" address, which they said was actually their office. Despite this, they refused to process a refund or provide proper assistance.

I politely requested again for them to refund me, but nothing happened. Today, to add insult to injury, my cushion was returned to me!

This has been an infuriating, time-wasting experience. Their customer service is non-existent, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am beyond seething—absolutely disgraceful behavior!

Hi there, The luxury headboard products that I purchased are not of the standard described or expected. I would like to return them as requested twice by email on 30th December & 2nd, 6th & 9th January. I can see you’ve responded to other return queries on here so perhaps this is a better way to reach you. Many thanks.

This is my 2nd review. After waiting 14 days for deliver my wedge pillow arrived. I did get 1 email from the company in response to my 1st review, but they have ignored a subsequent email sent by me. The Wedge Pillow, which is described as a Luxury item is defective, the velour is worn at the buttons showing white material beneath. From personal experience I do not think this company is reputable and would not recommend them. I am leaving this review so others can avoid making the mistake I made of shopping with them.

This is my second review regarding a refund. Jawsam asked me to send an email after my first review. I have done it, but I have still not received a response. I have already sent seven or eight emails. I am highly disappointed. I would not recommend this shop at all.

Sadly I am also experiencing problems returning an item, I contacted customer services twice after ordering some walking poles as they were taking much longer that stated to arrive, they were clearly delayed and I got no response to either email. They arrived too late for my trip (and I found the same poles for half price on Amazon with guaranteed next day delivery) so now I need to return them and again no response from customer service so I can't return them. Hopefully posting this will elicit a response but I need the refund and at the moment they are not helping me to do that - avoid ordering from this company.

RESPONSE TO REPLY - I have no email from you, if genuine then please send again or better still refund the poles that I have returned to you

Material. Not sturdy like it should be. It was shipped from China ( had I known I wouldn’t have ordered it). Totally pointless and really really bad quality. HOW DO I EMAIL UOU? I already emailed your website w details but maybe not right email. Can you please let me know what email is? I want to return this sad excuse of a cushion. 57quid for something worth maybe 3 quid. Waiting for your reply

Communication don’t reply to emails or answer their phone waiting for an order that was ordered on the 6th of August it it’s now the 14th according to their website, the item I ordered was in stock

One good turn deserves another
I was sent an email requesting more information which I supplied immediately. I have heard nothing since. This suggests that Jawsam are a sham and their responses imply they are listening to their customers when they in truth aren’t.
Rather sad I would say in this day and age.

purchased a steering wheel lock, the product is sturdy and give me a peace of mind my vehicle is secure, easy to install and remove i recommend :)

We ordered 2 poles from jawsam, were so pleased with them, will ordered another poles in the future.

These guys are fraudsters to say the least. I posted a review on 18 September as follows:

Ordered some sandals which arrived late. Then wanted to return them and have been trying to get hold of someone at the company by both phone and email with no luck. Then just posted the sandals out to them as they were of no use to me. Still no response or refund. Please be careful before ordering.

They got in touch asking for more information through the review itself and I didn't see the messages. They could have got in touch by phone or email instead of through Trustpilot if they were genuinely interested in resolving the issue. Anyway the review was then taken down and the matter remains unsolved. They still have my money and the brand new sandals were returned and I have yet to receive a refund.

I ordered two wedge shaped cushions for reading in bed. One of them had a very slight flaw in the stitching, so I emailed Jawsam, who replied immediately and, after I had sent in a photo, they sent me a brand new cushion. The customer service is just the best, and I would not hesitate to order from Jawsam again or to recommend it to other people.

Order some sandals for my wife to go on holiday fortnite go there haven't come Ask weather they going to come said they were going to come within three days that was Monday now Friday

I bought a laptop bag from Jawasam and very pleased with the purchase, excellent product and very useful. Also very happy with the customer service, I received updates regarding tracking and delivery and was overall very happy with the experience as a whole. Definitely recommend and I look forward to coming back to Jawsam in the future

This is my first ever reading pillow and it certainly will not be my last. I am a 72 year old lady living with Parkinson’s Disease and I have never, even prior to my diagnosis, been more comfortable through the night. I don’t just use the pillow for reading, I also sleep on it. The roll on the pillow is adjustable in 3 places and so it can support your neck, shoulders or the base of your spine. I had the best night’s sleep for a very long time with my neck getting that extra support. Besides all of that, yes, it is definitely fit for purpose. Try it. You will have the most comfortable read ever. I’m highly delighted and will be purchasing an extra one very soon. Thank you Jawsam.
