Initial problems sorted out and refund made as requested and quickly.

The post office seperated one of my three items. Jawsam sorted it out without delay.

Received sandals end of October with absolutely no paperwork. Didn't fit. Emailed 3rd November to request return label and refund. No reply. Second email sent, still no reply. I need to return goods for refund but am getting no response.

Good service and prompt delivery. Will certainly use again. Thank you.

Website a scam.

Sent multiple emails and calls regarding the return for a refund of a faulty item and they have not responded at all. Been 3 weeks now. Have reported them to authorities

I purchased hiking poles from Jawsam for my upcoming trek in Norway and i'm impressed by how lightweight and compact they are. They did not disappoint me :)

Excellent communication and customer service regarding my order. While there was a small issue with my presentation box of my purchase but this was resolved quickly.

Calls and emails not answered since October, however since putting it on trustpilot they have promptly responded and have made a refund . Also prior to this there was no issue in receiving my order.

Matter below sorted satisfactorily.
I was looking for a home cholesterol test kit and Jawsam's advert implied that they sold one for £30.
When I got it, turned out just to be the strips you need.
I asked for a refund, but they simply ignored 3 e-mails, so I'll now have to sue them for a refund.
Would never recommend or deal with them again.

I ordered a hearing aid from Jewsam and so far I am very pleased with it,it has certainly enhanced my hearing,I didn't realised how hard of hearing I was but now I am asking people not to shout and turn their tv down.I would highly recommend you try it for yourself and you will be surprised at the difference.

There was some confusion over the instructions, but when clear instructions were emailed to me, this was resolved. The walking pole is very light and compact, so can be kept in your rucksack, until you actually need it. This is very helpful for my wife, who has an arthritic hand and therefore does not want to hold the pole for long periods.

Took long time over two weeks to deliver, otherwise OK

I ordered some sandals which unfortunately did not fit. This was not the fault of the company. The sandals were of nice quality but not wide enough. I contacted the company to return them. My payment was paid back into my account before the sandals were returned. In addition the cost of the postage was also made without quibble as soon as a copy of the receipt was emailed. All in all my experience was of excellent customer service.

Purchased the wedge pillow and love it, service was really good, well packaged, will definitely use again, seen some beautiful items on the website.

Our experience with Jawsam has been all positive. Customer service was helpful & friendly. The delivery situation was user friendly fully trackable well done Hermes. Ordered a Luxury Pillow on 17/08/2023 for a 8 days delivery, the pillow is comfortable and as it is flexible it goes back to full shape easily.

You took £87.90 from my bank account (PayPal) on 18th. September . It is now 25th.September but I have NOT yet received the two hearing aids! Please sort this out , I need them.

I placed an order for sandals more than two weeks ago and the website said shipping within 5-7 days but I have received nothing. I completed an enquiry form on the website and left various voicemail messages requesting information but did not get a reply. I have now requested a refund as these were ordered for my holidays which starts tomorrow but as yet have still not heard anything at all. I will probably end up having to ask my credit card company to intervene.

I have eventually received a refund from this company and they apologised saying they had had some computer issues. Just wish it hadn’t taken for me to put a review here before they made contact with me
