I returned an item before over a month ago and haven’t received my refund over a month later I have emailed multiple email addresses linked to this company with no reply.

Problem?
I ordered and paid for 4 items from this company but only 3 arrived in the package. I've sent them a message (on that facility) and sent an email. I've had no reply, not even an acknowledgement of receipt. I've tried phoning the numbers that I find online but they either don't exist or say the contact is not available. My last option is to write to their head office address - but Im not hopeful. The items I did get are lovely and Im pleased with them but customer service appears to be non existent. Im concerned that I may be left out of pocket or have to contact citizens advice eventually. - UPDATE I got an email response yesterday, 12.01.26. , stating they were refunding me for item not received. That's promising. Fingers crossed 🤞 Update - refund made 👏
Refund not received despite tracked return
I placed an order totalling £162 and returned part of it due to sizing. The return was sent with tracking on 10/12/2025 and shows as received and signed for by “Jayley”.
It has now been over four weeks and I have still not received my refund.
I have emailed seven times with no response. I even raised the issue during one of their TikTok live sessions, where I was apologised to and told it would be followed up — it wasn’t.
I have since tried to log into my account and been told I no longer have one, despite having an account previously.
The clothes were okay, but the refund process is extremely concerning, especially as I can see other customers reporting the same issue.
I am now seeking legal advice to recover my money. I would advise others to be very cautious, particularly if you may need to return items.

The coat is fantastic
The coat is fantastic, with impressive quality and vibrant colors. The delivery experience was the only downside, as it arrived later than expected and the tracking details weren't helpful. Evri repeatedly indicated that they were waiting for the parcel. Despite being sent out on Monday morning, there were no updates. I reached out to Jayley's customer service on Thursday morning but didn't get a reply. The package finally showed up on Saturday, yet Evri still claims they're waiting for it.
They use real fur
Was about to place an order for a beautiful coat and other pieces. But noticed they use real fur on some items, which isn't fully advertised as such. It says 'faux suede and fur'. Only the suede is fake, the fur is real.
I will not be using a company that uses genuine fur in 2025.

I was horrified to receive a real fox fur hat!!!
I wrongly assumed in today's climate real fur was a big no no!!!.
Why breed and kill such intelligent beautiful animals just for their fur. Its criminal. Faux fur is just as good.

Awful customer service
Bought 2 jackets in black friday sale amounting to £150. I decided to return them as they didn't fit well. The return address they gave me doesn't exist, I have tried to post via the post office and collection via royal mail, both telling me the address doesn't exist so its impossible to return. I have emailed Jayley 5 times with an automated response each time stating "please wait up to 72hrs for a reply" its been over 2 weeks and Im yet to hear from them, I also messaged on Instagram as recommended on their website, also no response. Im £150 down close to Christmas with no feasible way of returning the good and I've been ignored 6 times over the course of 2 weeks. Extremely disappointed and won't be ordering again. Such a shame as the quality of the clothing is lovely with really quirky designs but the lack of customer service isn't worth the risk

Absolutely GORGEOUS💚🩷. I’ve had my eye on a coat for a while (faux fur, green with pink flowers) but couldn’t afford it as it was quite spenny!! anyway, managed to bag myself a 60% discount on Jayley website. My coat arrived today, fast delivery and I am in love with it!! will defo be back!!

Appalling customer service
I’ve had some lovely clothes from Jayley, but my recent experience has been really dreadful. I was given the required returns authorisation for a coat which was much too large and sent it back the next day. The tracking shows that the cost was signed for by Jayley almost three weeks ago but I am still waiting for my refund. I have now sent three emails and left voicemail messages but have had no response. I now have no option but to contact my bank for a chargeback.
