Great products, great delivery, all quality! Love the Jayley Style - more people need to dress this way!

I've been a fan of these coats for many years now and I have bought a few coats in the past. I will not be spending another penny on any company who sells real fox fur coats and bags, it is absolutely unnecessary this day and age and is quite frankly disgusting.

I’ve truly never encountered such poor customer service before. I’ve ordered from JAYLEY in the past and the items have fit and all has been well. However, most recent order one item was sent in the complete wrong colour, and a dress was sent without the belt shown in the photos online. I can’t believe how poor the customer service experience was just trying to get one exchange and refund. To date the refund never happened. Slow or no response at all to emails. I won’t ever order from them again.

I ordered the trench with a yellow fabric,but they send me with bright green.The rest was fine.Well I need to return the item.

My enormous fluffy coat arrived within three days and fits perfectly. The packaging was appreciated , not squashed into a bag but gently wrapped in tissue paper inside a roomy box. This is the second time I have ordered from Jayley and I love both items.

Lovely coat and great quality and colours. My only problem is the delivery that took longer than anticipated and the tracking info never worked so Evri constantly said awaiting your parcel. It was dispatched on Monday morning and never updated. I contacted customer services at Jayley Thursday morning but didn't receive a response.
Parcel arrived Saturday but Evri still now showing as they are awaiting my parcel.

I actually can't believe how gorgeous the quality of these clothes is, considering how incredibly reasonable the pricing is, with the discount codes and the outlet. I have loved every item of Jayley clothing I've bought, and at this point I've bought a lot! Detail-oriented, whimsical yet stylish, out-of-the-box fashion made with luxurious materials that fit and feel fabulous. Delivery is usually cheap or free, and items get dispatched quickly. I just adore this brand. Will keep coming back--especially for their cashmere!

Just perfect as expected !

I enjoy browsing the Jayley.com shopping site very much. The colours of the clothing are wonderful. Perhaps, just up my street- I’m an artist, and I love colour! The faux furs are lovely and warm to wear. With my recent purchase I will be as warm as a bear, this winter; when the cold weather eventually arrives. No more illness. I do value the opportunities to make the occasional purchase at a reduced price. This is very helpful, now and again. The colours are starting to awaken the artist again, inside myself. I am thrilled to bits with these creations at Jayley.

The two stars are because the items were wll wrapped but the coats were wrongly sized as one size they should have been extra small and t it cost me £11 to send them back. So basically all in all it has cost me £16 to try them on. Will not be using Jayley again as the sizing is too risky

The coat was amazing. Even better than in pictures. I usually don't wear those type of coats since I have big shoulders and I'm afraid that I'll look as creature jetty but this coat was amazing and it doesn't make my shoulders bigger. Also, the material quality is great. Good value for many, 5/5 for sure.

Very skeptical about ordering having never heard of the site before, my husband sent me a pic of this fleece as a gift for my b’day. Once I’d seen the pic I couldn’t get it out of my head so I ordered, so, so glad I did. It’s so warm, the detail is amazing, just everything about it is perfect.
Definitely be ordering again!

I ordered a dress in size «curve», received one in size S/M. The outside packaging had been labelled wrongly. Contacted customer service ten days ago, and they still haven’t gotten back to me, even though it said in the auto reply that they’d answer within two working days. Poor experience, cannot recommend.

Edited to add: 16th of September they did get back to me, but only to tell me they had mixed up the stock and did not have the size I ordered. They refunded the amount for the dress, but now I’m left with no dress, and out the import tax and the cost of transportation. Truly shitty customer service.

Still no parcel received

There was a bit of trouble trying to get the package sent to the right address. Somehow, an old address was input (defaulted?)as the mailing address. I emailed Jaley several times. I received one reply saying they'd try to contact UPS but I heard nothing more and, from the tracking information, the package was still going to be delivered to the wrong address. In the end I camped out on hold with UPS until I found someone to redirect the package to the right address. Which they did! Huzzah.
This is not to say I don't adore Jaley's clothing. I absolutely do. I unpacked my jacket and bag today. Beautiful packaging, and the pieces are stunning and really well made. I may cautiously try another order some time but I'll be double-checking the mailing address!
