Item was not as shown or described on website. Sadly i wanted to take it on holiday but wasn't what I was expecting. Not good I had to pay £5 for return postage too!

Had to pay my own postage to return and only got refunded when I threatened them with a chargeback.

Beautiful dress and fast delivery a bit disappointed as the dress is very see-through, impossible to wear without nothing underneath

Love my cardigan and it is true to the pic thank you

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from you. The first time I was delighted. The clothes are good quality and are sensational. I'm making a 2nd purchase and it's blocked at customs. It takes 4 days to unblock. I'm told that I have to pay 93 euros in customs fees while the first time nothing and now I've just asked for 271 euros. I'm disappointed. I'm forced to pay and this will be the last time I order from Jayley given the amount of customs fees.

Ease of ordering good communication . Lovely item but had to return as it was just too big for me . But loved the Jacket . I will be having another look for sure .

I live a few miles from Trentham and did not realize Jayley was nearby. I was very happy to support this exciting company.
I work at the hospital and need to be frugal with money. However, I decided to treat myself for my birthday and Christmas.
I loved the rainbow coat the really vibrant one. There appeared to be 2 choices the bright one or more muted.
I chose the coat in the bright colour and a jacket and bag in the more muted colour.
Firstly, a strange smell out the box. I may have to buy a special spray. More disappointing was the coat came was the muted one same as the jacket I ordered. So I have 2 of the same colors. They are beautiful but I had been so excited to receive the bright one. I needed a lift after of the tragedies of 24.
I cannot work out whether or not the 2 coats on the web page are one and same.
I went to the shop in Trentham and prices were lower overall by 20%. The lady was lovely but none the wiser.
Tried phoning. I just want to know if I got the correct coat, if so it's not vibrant like the web page. Is this to do with lighting.

I am glad they are in Stoke need more private investors so want to support.

I ordered leather gloves with a little mink bobble on them. The leather is beautifully soft and the inside liner is great. The gloves are so well made and fit perfectly. Love them!
