Claims Lifetime Warranty but support won't even answer
Bought a cable from them on Amazon after seeing the lifetime warranty so even if it was 3 times more expensive than others I believed I would have a higher quality product and/or the lifetime warranty so I would get another cable. The connector started failing after 4-5 months of daily use. Contacted amazon support that told me to contact the seller directly since the amazon return window closed but I didn't have any answer...
