No one showed up, I was left stranded!
I never received a confirmation email after booking, which immediately raised concerns. When I arrived at the airport, no one was there to meet me. Without a confirmation email, I had no reference number and no contact information to reach out for assistance. Despite the lack of service, my credit card was still charged. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience.

Terrible. I would not give this service any stars but one seems to be the minimum. No one was at the airport to pick us up. We had to take a cab. I have not been contacted for an explanation or a refund.

worst ever
worst ever, paid a premium for a transfer from london airport and after so long, no meet and greet and a fortune spent on phone calls they sent a small uber car with no air conditioning. dont go near them, expedia is more reliable and that is saying something.
no correspondence for more than a month now as well. so much for following up. Dont deal with them.

Never use Jayride transfers, not trustworthy.
Well, to start out, I followed the instructions that you had given me and when I arrived there was NO DRIVER there for me. I did see quite a few other company drivers with clients names on them, but not any with my name. I text my travel agent and she asked me to reach out to you with the phone number on the confirmation and I did, after a long hold time I was able to speak to someone to advise of the situation and he said "OH, I thought your pick up was for tomorrow, which was a total lie. As it clearly stated on the confirmation with my arrival date, which airline I was arriving on, the flight number and time of arrival. I then text my travel agent again and she told me to ask the other drivers that were there if they knew where Jay ride picked up at. They said it should have been exactly where I was at ??? I then finally got a text from the driver who said he was downstairs at a different location and he was quite late. So, I finally connected with him. Asked why he did not phone me when my cell phone was clearly on the confirmation and he said he sent me a message via WhatsApp ? Anyway, if your going to ask for a personal cell phone, then that means that you should CALL that person on it upon arrival. So, I had no choice but to go with him and I had already paid in full. I was going to Crete for my best friends wedding and since I was late arriving to the resort due to the drivers tardiness, then I missed the first part of the rehearsal dinner and had No time to get to my room to clean up. So communication was the major factor and that it took so long for the driver to get there because I am sure that after the person who told me that he did not think my pick up was July 10th, that the had to dispatch someone that was not prepared to be there for me. Very disappointed to say the least.

no car, no service, no apology
I arrive to phuket airport. called rideshare number. he said in 2-3 minutes you will receive sms and you car will pick you up. after 20 minutes i call again and operator said, sorry we have. problem, we cant send you car.
i ve been left without car after an transatlantic international flight and domestic connection. never ever suggest this company to anyone. they didnt even issue my refund yet !

Jayride sammed us
Jayride nos cobró por anticipado el traslado al hotel, 607 euros. El dia de antes nos cancelaron el traslado, a las 19h via mail. Se nos retornó el 50% del cobro al cabo de una semana, pero el 50% sigue sin retornarlo. Ya les he escrito 5 mails y su respuesta es proximamente (de esto hace más de un mes). Nos han estafado. Cuidado, no es recomendable!
Jayride charged us €607 in advance for the transfer to the hotel. They canceled the transfer the day before, at 7 p.m., via email. We received a 50% refund a week later, but the remaining 50% has yet to be refunded. I've already emailed them five times, and their response is imminent (this was over a month ago). We've been scammed. Be careful, this is not recommended!

I made an arrangement to be picked up from san Jose del Cabo airport snd 24 hours before my flight they cancelled. I paid $38 US and was refunded only $19

Customer Service is lacking
There was some communication issues with booking and although late, I was contacted and the issue has been resolved. I have yet to actually experience the pickup and drop-off as my ride is not until next month. I will revise and update at that time.

This business is a scam!
They take bookings for people needing transport, then outsource to transport operators, but after job completion they say they cannot pay due to restructuring but they continue to operate this dodgy scam by not paying businesses that provide the services!
Avoid!

My booking experience, it wasn't easy finding a transfer company that both does, pick up from sangster Airport montego bay going directly to the Catalonia hotel. This was my 2nd try but,I found one with Jay Ride. The website also has the currency conversion that I needed coming,from Canada. The price was the most important experience. I found it good. Wrong Pickup Time
I reserved a vehicle to take my wife and I to JFK airport. I indicated my flight would depart JFK at 11:30 am. I clearly requested pickup at 9am. I was notified by the provider at 8:45 am that pickup would occur at 11:30. This is completely unacceptable service. I'm expecting an immediate refund.
