Avoid

I have been waiting 2 months for a dog stroller, had Zero response despite my best attempts at making enquiries This is disgraceful service.. Most probably Scammers..😡😡 AVOID 😡😡

item never arrived - scam site?

I ordered the product on 14th September. It still hasn't arrived and they don't answer calls, emails or online chat. I believe this to be a scam website, and I can only assume the 5-star ratings are by mates of the scammers!

Great Customer Service

Delivery of subscription triggered as normal. They kept me apprised of any potential issues, and the cat litter was delivered well within the estimate given. Great customer service.

Do not deliver

I placed an order over a week ago - I HEARD NOTHIG

I chased them and finally got a rely after saying I would report them for fraudulent activity

The 'reply' was just a notification cancelling my order

I didn't request a cancellation, I wanted my goods

My cat relies on this product(Sheba Creamy Snacks) to have medication placed in each day

Useless company, cannot be trusted

A terrible company

I originally reviewed this company after placing an order, payment being taken and the company not responding to any enquiries about my order, or requests for a refund. I was convinced they were a scam.

After many, many emails I was eventually refunded for my order, I never received an apology, or explanation.

I definitely won't use them again.

Tailored to my exact needs.

My cat prefers a very specific brand of cat litter. Supplier problems meant that no business in the entire country could get hold of any stock. I contacted many in an attempt to find some (yes, I’m completely under the paw). JB Pet Supplies were the only business to make a follow-up contact a few months later to let me know they had it back in stock. I placed the order Sunday, it was dispatched Monday, and I received it Tuesday. I received confirmation E-mails at each stage. Outstanding service.

Awful

Sent the wrong item and there was no packing just taped the boxes of dog food together. Won't give me a refund or allow me to return the item (one box is ripped because they taped the boxes together without putting a layer between tape and box so it's impossible for me to open without tearing the box). The other two boxes are fine as i gave up trying to open it when i realised it was the wrong item any way. Emailed me back at first now just ignores me. Awful company.

The parcel was delivered to your door in a very good (if not perfect) condition as we have seen from the image we recieved from the couriers

Your parcel was wrapped in this material due to the weight being almost 30KG and would not make any economical sense to put it into a box due to the awkward size and we attempted to keep damage from couriers as limited as possible which did work as it arrived to your door in perfect condition and we are happy to show these images to anyone who questions it.

Once receiving the parcel you went ahead and attempted to rip the packaging and in attempt to do this you damaged the product in question which was dog food pouches stored in boxes which still leaves the actual product undamaged and we believe the damage was caused intentionally and using a sharp tool safely under supervision you would of opened the packaging safely and kept the product undamaged

As for it being the incorrect item it is due to you ordering 20 small boxes and we sent you a smaller amount of bigger boxes which is the exact same product just in bigger boxes which means less cardboard and better for the environment and due to the size we would be charged less by the couriers which enables us to keep delivery fees low

We have responded to your emails and have communicated with you clearly and have denied your refund request as you are not prepared to account for the damage caused and refused to pay for any return fees charged by the couriers and as your order was for a substantial amount and due to you damaging the product we believe it is in unsaleable condition and as a small business it would significantly damage us

I am very sorry to hear about this situation and it is also not a situation we are happy to be in

I carnt give a 5 star due to taking…

I carnt give a 5 star due to taking longer than I expected with paying £4.99 delivery which should be next day but waited nearly a week but did send email asking where my parcel was they replied straight away then I got my parcel next day so not sure what happened

Incomplete order

Ordered cat litter. Delays in shipping were communicated clearly but only received four bags when I ordered 5.
