Absolutely fantastic!
After months of dealing with difficult buyers & next to useless solicitors, JCB were the easiest part of our whole experience.
John was great, responsive and understanding, even when the date kept changing!
Packing boxes, paper and tape were dropped off on request and more provided when needed.
The guys were reliable, respectful, friendly & worked efficiently.
Mine was a 2 day move, from Chelmsford to Newquay.
The lorry arrived at my new address the following morning and nothing was too much trouble.
All in all, an extremely smooth process, taking the stress out of our move.

I would highly recommend JCB.
Nothing was too much for them.

I would recommend JCB removals to anyone. John and his team couldn’t have made our move any less stressful than what they did. Kept us informed of there availability for a moving date supplied us with boxes, brown tape and bubble wrap and we requested some more boxes which were promptly delivered. Made the whole moving date run a smoothly as possible. The team worked endlessly on the hottest day of the year and I can’t thank them enough for the help on a very stressful day. Timing was prompt. Furniture disassembled and reassembled at new property.and kept us updated as to what they were doing. This is the second time I have used them and would give them 10 out of 10 both times and would highly recommend.

I recently moved from Southend to London and after getting several quotes, I decided that JCB Movers offered the best service tailored for me. Every bit of the communication was polite and friendly and I felt listened to.

A couple of weeks before the move, I received a bundle of large and smaller boxes, along with plenty of packing paper and packing tape.

Communication continued to be regular and a couple of days before the move I had a phone call to say the removal team would arrive on the day at an agreed time.

Moving day arrived and the removal team arrived on time and they all introduced themselves to me and my daughter. They were amazing. My stress levels disappeared and they worked like a well oiled machine, I was so impressed by their team work, friendliness and above all, their stamina.

I hope to be in my forever home now but if I do choose to move again at any point, I will not hesitate to contact John and his team at JCB Movers to do the job.
