Good selection off machines and varieties off waghts
Only just started the gym good place to start recommend it to everyone friendly professional staff no one is guging you or laughing at you which that's what you would think put me off going to be honest but know I have started it's addictive don't be scared or shy everyone has got to start somewhere and I think that's the best place 👍😁😉

Underrated Gym
I covered in Aintree a while back whilst the GM Hollie was sunning it up. I had the pleasure of spending my time with Matt the Duty Manager, he didn’t need my support, he was on it, gym looked great, engagement was on point. I even managed to train and can recall my session being really fulfilling. Gutted I’ve not got to have a session since the refurb, it’s on my todo list 💚

Can’t have access to changing room…
Can’t have access to changing room after 12at night and once you left the gym you can’t go back again you will have to wait for an hour then u can enter the gym again.

Just come back to this gym after a few months away, I will see the month out then look for a new gym as this gym is now a joke, you literally cannot get on anything its rammed, people sitting on machines on their phone, ive now gone a few times at different times an each time its the same also full of young gangs of lads laughing an joking on the machines with absolute no care for people waiting,

To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to improve our facilities. If you notice other members are sitting on equipment, I would strongly advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to help further.

I’m at the gym while doing this survey lol I love jd gym because before joining jd I’ve been to couple of other gym I didn’t started off jd because I thought the prices are a bit high and gym is a gym it’s same and noting will be different if I go to other gym that are cheaper but I was soo god damn wrong I’m paying 25.99 I think a month but it’s worth it and everything so well managed so friendly staff and everything soo good above best than I thought.

Hello - Thank you for your review. A QR code will be visible near the entrance just before the turnstile gates aswell as another one inside the gym just after the turnstiles. Once scanned, it will bring up a screen where you can 'login' and this should then enable the Wi-Fi for you. Alternatively, you can also press the green buzzer near the turnstiles which will alert a member of the team to come over and assist you further.
