1st time ever in a gym. Excellent
30 minute induction with Matt in the Aintree gym was excellent. He was able to answer all of my questions, & was on hand for any further queries.
The gym itself is very clean, with a large array of machines to work with. For a 1st time user of a public gym I was a little hesitant to initially sign up, but I'm glad that I did, & will endeavour to go at least 3 times a week.

Only one smith machine
Only one smith machine. No swiss balls. Also nothing for standing calf raises. Apart from that the gym is ok, if it’s not too busy. The male changing rooms could do with some maintenance etc

Would highly recommend
Air conditioning was working well. Machines were available and not out of order. Showers were not too hot. Great improvements made

Ilove the lady's only gym.although sometimes they let in male by gym and it is really hard when you so warm and running they stop you that is the only bad experience I got but there is nothing els to change thank you for making this possible I really love JD gym.
