The company needs to show new starters how to use the machine as they have no knowledge how to use it safetly as no induction when l started had ask other members in the gym which not professional at all

GYM 1st Week
GYM is Okay, weight are a bit damaged but I undersstand its due to wear n tear. The cable machine could run smoother but again its all down to wear n tear, but in general im happy with it. Im a powerlifter and have had to chamge from chalk to straps as chalk isnt allowed on the gym floor which is understandable, but only using it as am currently injured and not competing. But happy overall

Terrible gym Hardly any equipment not up to standards that commercial gyms are providing, not enough machines to adequately exercise full muscle groups.
