I can work round this ...Sorted my concern out with management. Sean was really helpful. Even helped me set up my internet connection and answered other questions I had.
Smart gym...highly motivational in classes. Staff professional, enthusiastic and push you to the max. Well done to all staff. Glad I joined.
However...
Vaping: what's this all about. Vaping in the gym . Each time I come I see people vaping. Kids and some older people. Never ever seen this in any other gym.
Possibly need some signs up to advise of NO VAPING in gym .
Overall a great gym..keep it up JD. Smashing it .

We're sorry to hear that aspects of your experience have left you feeling disappointed. Our gyms operate slightly differently during overnight and unstaffed hours, and whilst alternative facilities remain available, we appreciate that this can sometimes be inconvenient if they're already in use.

Really good gym overall and the instructors/PTs are really helful. The only issues are that the male changing rooms are fairly small, the upper mezzanine gets really hot, and there's only one quad and hamstring curl machine, which can be frustrating at busy times.
