Good place to train
Lovely, friendly staff. Just had a great refurb.
Can get very busy on times. Just started PT sessions with Jack after years of doing mainly classes - really enjoying.

The energy in the gym is FIRE! Very friendly, fresh & relaxed.
The new equipment, new layout and new faces have given it a whole new vibe.
Staff are on point.. cleaners are on job.. and the users are keeping it moving!
JD have put this gym in the oven on the baking tray on gas mark 6, and cooked up something special.
What’s going on - this place is the place to be!! 💪🏼

Lady of a certain age
Fantastic gym, been going there for several years. Always very clean, friendly staff, professional management. It’s very inclusive, never feel self conscious being a lady of a certain age. Everyone always keen to help.

JD gym Gorseinon is a fantastic new gym, with a great friendly atmosphere. The staff at the gym are approachable and helpful, and always on hand to give advice or guidance. The cleanliness of the gym is second to none, where the staff are efficient

Gorseinon is excellent. Needs to open earlier.
The new Gorseinon gym is fantastic but unfortunately I can’t see me continuing my membership as it only opens at 6am. Needs to open earlier.
