What a great gym
What a great gym. All the equipment you need and the staff go above and beyond. Marcus and staff are very welcoming when you arrive and happy to help. Marcus has always been great and helped with exercises where I’ve needed spotting or assistance.

I enjoy going to JD Gyms
I enjoy going to JD Gyms - Gorseinon because I find it has a friendly community spirit. The equipment is great and all works. The classes are included and of good quality. I highly recommend this gym!

The gym is great.
All staff very supportive. Also encouragement given for new members. Nothing too much trouble. Enjoy the classes. Feels like you are going in to see friends. Marcus, Lewys, Amy , Nat, will and Sarah , jack and nic have all given me help over the last two years I have been a member
