Personal Trainer Does Gay Porn
I wanted to train with a personal trainer since I’m new to the gym, so I looked online about some of the personal trainers here, and by God do not search up Gareth Hulin! He is a personal trainer at this gym and I was simply looking up information on the trainers to see which one would be most beneficial for me, but when you search “Gareth Hulin” you will find lots of gay porn, and yes it’s the same Gareth Hulin that is a PT at this gym! I think Jd Gym should do better background checks on the people working there because all it took was for me to find these images (very very disgusting images, there was one with a toothbrush 😬) was to search up his name! Finding this out has completely put me off from training at this gym and I’m sure I’m not the only person who feels this way.

Dirty
Dirty, filthy gym. Always broken equipment. Never had an update. Staff never do anything about the pricks who think they’re big men for slamming the weights- hence why they’re broken most of the time.
The only good thing about this place is PT Gaz. It’s the only reason o go.

The gym it self is very spacious and tidy and clean but the changing rooms and the toilets and showers and sauna have a really bad smell of sewage and is very sickening to smell

There are numerous reviews on here…
There are numerous reviews on here about the disabled parking, yet nothing seems to have changed. The disabled bays are almost always full of taxis or vehicles with no Blue Badge, making them unavailable for the people who actually need them. It's disappointing that this has been raised by so many people but still hasn't been properly addressed.

Hello – Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We're sorry to hear about your experience with the disabled parking bays. We completely understand how frustrating it must be when designated spaces are being used by vehicles that do not appear to be entitled to use them, particularly when this prevents those who genuinely need the spaces from accessing them.
We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns that this issue has been raised previously. We'll ensure your comments are passed on to the team for review.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Needs improvements
I like the lighting and the open space, it's big. But some machines are old and just a few of them. Usually it is necessary to wait until someone leaves a machine. Often, there is no monitors accessible, for example today I drop some water on the floor but I couldn't find anyone to tell it about. There were some personal trainers but working with clients.

We’re sorry to hear that some of the machines feel older and that you’ve experienced waiting times to use equipment.
